As the CEO and founder of MYGERMANY we'd like to ask Christian Schmalisch to comment on the weak response we've received from his company, the very company that he founded. After a full 10 days with no shipping updates MYGERMANY have been utterly useless and totally incompetent. They NEVER answer the phone and, at best, will reply to emails once, maybe twice and then thats it, you're done with you and seemingly refuse to deal with your issue any more. Trying to get through to DHL Paket directly is made impossible by their decision not to deal with non-account holders. So, on that basis, we have no choice but to rely on MYGERMANY, the company we put our faith in, to deal with DHL directly. To-date they have failed and ask if they're happy to be measured by their failures or successes? Why can just one person at MYGERMANY not take this matter up on our behalf? Why is it deemed the better option to ignore disgruntled customers than help them? None of MYGERMANY's actions make any sense so take our advice, walk on and try another more professional company who might be willing to answer their telephone and quickly deal with your problem. I ordered some car parts using the concierge service at mygermany and, after making the payment of Euro 183, they stopped responding to my email and phone calls. However, when I emailed them using a different address and asked about buying car parts they responded in 3 minutes! I then asked them to follow up on my Concierege order or alternatively return the funds. Once again they stopped responding. This site is definitely a scam - don't use them. Try other suppliers like shipGerman. My order details were:

I'm not joking, this site is a scam, stay away from them.

While myGermany was helpful initially, when an appliance arrived dented and I tried to claim on the insurance they had sold me, they simply ignored my emails.
I satisfied with the way myGermany provided prompt answers to my questions and advised on shipping options for appliances.

Have been using mygermany for a while and have not had any issues until recently. I initiated an order for forwarding on the 20th of January and that order still has not shipped. All they have to do is slap a label on it and hand it to the carrier but I guess that's too much to ask for. It's now a month later February 20th and numerous e-mails have gone answered sporadically. When answered they give a vague answer like "I will help you" but never do anything. I believe they either lost my parcel or are going out of business. I highly recommend NOT doing business with them, unless you like being scammed. I will change this feedback if my shipment eventually ships, but I doubt that happens. ***Mygermany: If you want this changed then ship my order please.***
I had a package shipped to them to be forwarded, for over two weeks I received almost no response from them. When they finally got back to me they wanted 1500 euro to ship my package! They took so long to get back to me I was not able to send this package for a refund. They dont respond to Emails or phone calls. I dont know if this is a scam to steal people packages or they are simply going out of business, but I personally lost 850 euro...
Outstanding encounter and client support I decided to order something from tally weijl and have it shipped to my Germany in spite of the other unfavorable reviews. They provided excellent customer service, communicated with me via WhatsApp, and expeditiously shipped my order. In a matter of days, it reached the UK! Excellent service; I will definitely use it again.

From admirable to outstanding I have used Germany for many years, but I now only shop once or twice a year because the EUR has grown significantly in value relative to my home currency. Regardless, I always receive excellent service. They went one step farther now, though! Johanna was a huge help to me today with the chat feature. I discovered that my free membership did not permit me to combine two incoming packages, which was something I wanted to do. For those who aren't regular users of their service, I proposed that Germany consider offering a pay-per-use option. I would be more than willing to pay for the service only when I utilize it.
