Since 3.5 years I have been regularily using Remambo. All together I made 37 purchases via Remambo. I either bid and won on auctions or bought items from other online stores. So far all went well.
Recently decided to give Remambo a chance in hopes of getting an item from Mercari Japan. Naturally being the plush are highly sought after here in the US, I quickly filled out one of their forms of request and waited for some kind of confirmation email. Instead, a couple hours went by with nothing and I could see they were playing games. Another buyer in Japan posted a offer on their site soon after. The listings was marked as sold and I knew they had screwed me. I emailed them as well, questioning what was going on. No response, just an order removal to say it was cancelled. What a waste of time. Now I have to file with my insurance for a refund. If you're looking for reliability, this isn't your site. Stick with whiterabbitexpress or a site that actually cares about your order.
I've been using Remambo for buying Japanese goods from Mercari and Yahoo auctions for 3 years. I'm totally satisfied with this service. Fast support responses for all my messages, fast buying process, great packaging and cheap international shipping cost. The best for me so far.
