First time I am using myGermany services. I ordered an iconic desk from nickel, and It arrived in 2 days international express shipping.
Just before that, I got the option to have a look inside the box with pictures that myGermany took. But most important thing - the clients services was professional and personal!
Dora helped me to understand the process and answer every small question I had as it was the most important.
Also, always felt I can keep asking because the personal treatment.
It's not obvious to get this level of service. I appreciate it, and would definitely will recommend to try it.

I have been using myGermany for a couple of months now and I am very happy with their service especially with their customer care. Any issues I had were resolved very quickly. Highly recommend. Manual consolidation is done safely and professionally to reduce shipping costs.
I am very happy with the service provided by myGermany. I used them to place an order on the Google store and the package arrived quickly and safely to me. They also refunded me when Google decided to refund all Stadia HW purchases.

When I have used myGermany for shipping what I ordered has always arrived when expected without damage. This has not always been the case with other carriers. Even around Christmas things arrived when they were scheduled to.
Best out there. Several of my holiday packages have gotten lost, I call it, go to the post office and they look up last place it went to and behold it is found. They are always on time, friendly and send a delivery notice.
Courteous service from a great company. MyGermany give helpful information on expected arrival dates, correct shipping boxes to use and most reasonable rates when shipping near or far. Letter carrier lets me know when my package is delivered by ringing my doorbell. Deliveries on time every day.
The post office of today has greatly improved their services and pricing. I find they're competitive and have convenient locations with free parking.
MyGermany workers are the hardest working individuals. They battle the weather, animals and people of all kinds. They work long hours and holidays and yet they still manage to be very friendly and helpful should they see the need to be. All while tackling these obstacles they are efficient and deliver packages and mail in a timely professional manner.
Yesterday the myGermany person took extra care and knocked hard and rang bell twice. This was very important package and I would have missed it had the myGermany not gone the extra steps to ensure package delivered. The package contains live animals so it was critical to get shelter and care for them. High praise and thank you for professional work!

Very professional and patient customer service by email. Because of the box size is too big and shipping fees increased too much, MyGermany company tried their best to reduce the box size smaller and ship my bicycle to Canada.

Everything went well until the moment I received my package damaged. Sent few emails and finally got Tim who is in charge of claiming to respond my email. I was told the claim has been lodged and it will take up to 6 weeks. I patiently waited for 6 weeks and sent an email request for a update. No response. Sent few more. Still no response. Then I contacted the customer service who forward my email to Tim. No response. So I contacted the customer service again. They forwarded my email to Tim again. No response whatsoever. It went on like this for 3 weeks. No one even care to wrote a email back to me to let me know what's going on. So I contact FedEx myself. It turns out FedEx was trying contact them for more information as well but no reply from them either. So the case was closed. Then I sent another email to Tim and their manager Dora. Requesting them to follow up for me. And guess what. No response from either of them. After 3 months waiting. Everything went into a dead end. They don't reply any of your emails. They don't follow up your case. There is no phone number you can call. The only way you can communicate with them is their website chat which can't really do anything but forward your concern to the people who is in charge of claiming. But that person never reply you neither of their manager. This is really one the worst customer service you will get.

Firstly, I do not accept your thank you and neither your sorry from dishonest people like you. The post was not for you but to share my experience that I had with your company.
Secondly, it took 5 months and over 3000 views of a negative review for you to respond and finally inform me that you have done nothing. So last August when you were assuring me that you will fully support me it was a lie.
Thirdly, the reply from you, the owner or Chris (whoever you are), is the result of your investigation? On 15th of August, your staff have informed me that you have raised an internal claim ticket to investigate and on 23rd of September a claim team member will contact me on the update in which until today nobody contact me and did not get any result from your investigation. Is this the way you conduct your investigation and communicating it to the client?
Finally, Mr Owner or Chris (whoever you are) please let me know when I have said I want it as cheap as possible because this is another lie like all the above. All of what I claim is from correspondence with you staff in written.

If you would like to receive your packages like below with missing and destroyed contains, not taking any responsibility and the worse not replying back, feel free to continue with them.

Please be advised that you've choosen the standard packaging which isn't recommended for things like glass, ceramics or other goods that are fragile. We kindly asked you to opt for a better packaging service for very small additional costs, but you said you want it as cheap as possible.
As we can't insure bottles on the carrier's site, we can't compensate you - I'm sorry!
Please DO NOT use their service. My gucci jacket was swapped by them with a cheap valentino bag which mine was a drop shipment to begin with and they are not suppose to open my parcel in the first place. They are a very very dishonest company and will act blur all the way.
