To all persons inquiring about whether or not to use MyGermany, I can honestly say it will be a big mistake and regrettable. I have lost over $4000. 00 in merchandise which was sent from Sweden to MyGermany. After countless emails sent to their customer service, if when they do respond, has just prolonged the inevitable of losing my money. Lies, deceit, unprofessional, incompetence. Etc. Are some words that can be used to describe this company.
In consulting with Fedex, they have informed me that no such packages from MyGermany addressed to me exist in any of their ware houses in the lost and found areas. MyGermany has said they will file a claim with Fedex and give us a refund, however when I asked MyGermany to provide me with the correspondence, I received no response from them; this has been going on for over a year.
Initially I had an issue with their service but they swiftly resolved the matter!
I recommend that you give their service a try.

Very unprofessional, I contacted them on June 16 trying to arrange pickup and international dispatch of an item I have at a warehouse facility in Germany. I have yet to hear back from them. I also sent a followup message to them on 22nd of June and still no response. Imagine a company ghosting you like this when you are offering them your business. I can't imagine what things would be like after you have entered into an agreement with them and they have the upper hand.
I have used my Germany services several times for shipping items from German e-shops to Greece.
They provide professional service, always having clear and quick communication when needed. Their platform works great, most of the times you do not even need to contact anyone. Small delays during lock-down periods but besides that, very quick.
Shipping costs can be calculated beforehand so you will be aware what you expect to pay. Also freedom to choose the courier service of your preference.

I have a very bad experience with them, the first shipment turned out well, in a second the service was bad, since they left half of my order in their warehouse, even though it was their mistake they sent the other part of me by the cheapest means order that it takes 2 months to arrive in my country, after that I made a third shipment and because of the parcel they lost my order, but the service for help with customer service has been deficient, they have only written an email to the company of parcel service and they don't answer my emails with a solution proposal.
Used them several times to forward packages to Canada, very professional and never been a disappointment.
They helped us get our shipment to the US in the midst of lockdown. They made us feel that we are part of our team. Answered all our questions and concerns and got the job done! They care and they show it! Thanks again!

I communicated with Mygermany before using their services and they pointed to me key regulations (the need for writing a prescription and border clearance). Knowing that before making a purchase made the process easy and I received the item.

This site is a scam! Unbelievable coming from Germany right!? Almost all buttons don't work and after you buy something they don't contact you! I bought a 10 usd item and they want 50 euros for shipping! Is this a joke?
FRAUD - THIS COMPANY QUOTED €23 TO SHIP A MAGAZINE FROM GERMANY TO THE UK. ONCE THEY RECEIVED MY ITEM, THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO CHARGE ME €140 TO SEND IT. REPORTING THEM TO THE GERMAN AUTHORITIES. BEWARE!
Totally Unreliable Service, They started ok, but later all went the other way, Never reply to email on time, (2 to 4 Days if you are lucky), parcel are paid to be shipped but never on time, Wrong logging of Commercial Invoice which cause me to pay a large amount of money wrongly to Customs and they never reply to fix the issue. (German Scam) Stay Away
Ordered an expensive express shipping. Due to arrive in 1-2 days its been 5 days and the item will arrive tomorrow(hopefully).
1. For unknows reasons they declared over double the price I did, which resulted in inflated custom charge
2. What the point of 250 euro express urgent shipping if it takes a week like a regular shipping
3. Full of hidden costs, i was expecting costume charges only but upon receiving the item encountered charges like size fee, laptop fee and double charged for insurance.
The shipping costs with the hidden charges and inflated custom charges will amount to be hgiher then the item itself and I did not got it in time.
Currently dealing with PayPal to reach some sort of partial refund.

Please forgive in advance for writing this opinion, but unfortunately I am forced to do so, because info.mygermany.com does not provide any specific information on my case.
Namely - three weeks ago you received my package. Your customer service asked me to upload documents to Dropbox, which I did the same day. Since then, on November 5, I have been waiting for your company to check these documents and allow my parcel to be redirected to my address.
I am very sorry for that because you seemed to be pioneers when it comes to forwarding service in Germany, so I did not expect such problems with such a trivial matter as checking some screenshots and pdfs.
The cup of bitterness was shed by the fact that one of your employees (Lisa), who deals with customer service, promised me that the matter would be clarified to the maximum. November 13, which turned out to be, of course, a total lie and a false promise. I understand that I am not a unique snowflake for which you are able to give up all your work, although THREE WEEKS - and the number of days keeps growing - it seems to me to check a few screens is a disastrous result.
If someone who is responsible for employees picks up this review - please try to do something about it. I am at the moment when I am ready to get in the car and come to Weimar to explain this matter in person, and the road from Szczecin to Weimar is not long.
However, if I hear again that it's all because of a virus, and then that your employees were on vacation - and hence the delays - I assure you, dear myGermany, that I will not have to take the case to court because you are in possession of my personal data and the package with equipment I bought for my company that is worth a lot of money.
I am waiting for your reply - here or my private e-mail, which your customer service is sure to know well and this time I advise you to not ignore it.
