I think it's great, I can order stuff easily perhaps too easily! I accidentally ordered something due to the one-click settings and had to cancel it! I've got clumsy fingers! I've turned that off in settings now. It does everything I want this shop.
It must be a pain for German companies to ship to small Business owners in Canada, because I had a very difficult time finding sellers who would even consider it. And then I discovered My Germany. Just received my first order and it was smooth from start to delivery to my door. Great work folks!

I'm a German living abroad, and there are always things I miss from Germany that I can't get here. I'm so glad I found myGermany, with them I can get anything from Germany I need easily. They offer a great service with prompt communication and processes have been with no difficulties!
MyGermany shipped my package to Poland without any problem. I ordered my items to be consolidated in one box, and while the items were quite large, they still managed to do it and secure it with buble wrap. Would use them again.
I love myGermany. Besides of forwarding my package to my house it is also doing the shopping for me for a small fee. I just tell them what I want and the do the rest. And for christmas they added some jummy german chocolate to the parce:-)

I just used their services the first time. The service was excellent including: Packaging, delivery time and customer service.
The only surprise I had was that while the package was requested to be delivered by DHL it was transfer in Israel to the local Post company. It was a concern because Post IL is known for huge delays. But eventually the package arrived on time.
