I used MyGermany when a supplier wouldn't deliver to Poland. I ordered the product to MyGermany and arranged for them to be shipped to me. The process was quick and easy.
The only time (so far) I have used them was in the middle of the Covid situation, so although I found things a bit slow and communication a bit drawn out, I guess that is understandable. I will have to use them again under more normal circumstances. But the important thing is that I received my products safe and sound. I was a little nervous, especially after seeing some less favourable reviews, but I have no complaints.
They are a very nice company to work with and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I am glad to have found them and am looking forward to working with them in the future.
Best service and prices For shipping and forwarding packages in Europe. I sent 5kg of tent from Germany to turkey for just 29 eur.

I have commissioned MyGermany to purchase 3 items (PC speakers) from German ebay website on my behalf. The service has been commissioned through 2 orders on Friday, May 15th & Monday 18th and paid immediately using PayPal. I got a receipt from PayPal, my bank and from MyGermany that the payment has been processed. After several days of not getting any update regarding this purchases, I contacted MyGermany to ask them if the purchase has been placed. I got an answer that the payment from my PayPal to MyGermany is still pending (although I got a receipt from both PayPal and MyGermany that the payment has been processed.). After sending proof about payment, I haven't received any answer from them.
Because of such a poor responsiveness, all three items I was interested in have been sold and are not available anymore.
From other customers recent reviews on Internet, I can see that my case in not the first time MyGermany falsely blames PayPal for its own lack of capacity and poor responsiveness - which is not very good for PayPal.
Very professional and useful service. I bought some staff to a German shop that was not able to ship to Italy. I used myGermany freight forwarding service, and everything went through smoothly. Thank you guys.

Thanks for your fast great job in this very hard time over the world(covid 2019) I got my lovely parcel today and really appreciate that all of you guys still keep the fantastic repack of the stuff. It was so lucky and surprised that all of you guys put one plastic bag in but it still came over everywhere. However, I would like to suggest you the wrap some cling film on the bottle ( back lip on) of the liquid and pack with the plastic bag in. Big thanks for the super great job finally.

The worst experience ever!
After booking an express service... NOTHING HAPPENING for SEVERAL DAYS!
Ignoring your emails, calls, no response whatsoever.
There's many other proper services, use anything else, just not this one.
Do you ship to Post Office Addresses, PO Boxes, or Poste Restante?

Thus, we cannot do so. The return shipment fees are charged by the carriers and passed on to you. We need to pay the carrier and as you added a prohibited address, we cannot claim back the fee. So we need to charge you.
Update from myGermany:
Jozek Sraka is a model and singer, he suggested to change his review when we provide 50% discount and remove the 20EUR fee. We did so (myGermany paid on your behalf). But nothing happened. We hope you will be treated by your fans like you have done with us. Your are wrong, arrogant and selfish! And you are lying - you having involved police is absolutely bullshit. Police stated you shall not contact them with that irrelevant case.

Very bad experience with them. A complaint will be made. They observe the contents of the packages and keep them. The "customer service" pretends to send 5 personal documents to prove your identity, BUT THEY DO NOT RESPOND AND KEEP THE PACKAGES. No response on Facebook messenger, no response for a phone call request and no response by email. Be carefull!

Great service! My items arrived fast and very well packed, top notch support over email with Johanna, she anwer really fast and always is aware not only of the email, but also in the process to solve issues (I had a problem paying the insurance of the shipment and when she realized that I have paid it but the order was not sended with the insurance, she inmmediatly took over the and added the insurance manually).
Deffinetely I will continue using myGermany in future.
