We’d like to clarify that your order was shipped from the UK tax-free. Forward2Me offers a limited range of international carriers, primarily DHL and UPS, to this location only.
We would suggest shipping from Main UK Warehouse next time.
UK Tax Free Warehouse:
- “Tax Free” refers to the exclusion of UK sales tax (20%) from your purchase price, which can provide savings on the item itself.
- Shipping options are limited to DHL and FedEx.
- You remain responsible for any duties and taxes once the items reach your destination country.
- Savings on UK sales tax may help offset shipping costs, but it’s important to compare total costs versus shipping from the UK main warehouse.
UK Main Warehouse:
- Offers a wider range of shipping options, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Forward2Me Lite, and Lite X (DPD for EU countries like Germany, France, and the Netherlands).
- Items shipped from here include UK sales tax, but broader shipping options can sometimes result in more flexible or cost-effective delivery depending on your location.
- In short, the Tax Free Warehouse can save you on item costs, but shipping options are limited. The UK Main Warehouse offers more shipping flexibility but does not provide the tax-free benefit.

They charged me about over $300 to ship a small, light box from NJ to PR, they are both american territory and I'm 100% there were cheaper options but they didn't care. When I complained, all they said was 'show a competitive price and we will match' which is bs, because:
1. How am i supposed to find the compatitive price of a package you havent shipped?
2. Even if I did find an example, it would just go ignored since they are known for their excellent skills at ghosting customers.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
Getting packages shipped directly from South Korea and Japan is way cheaper.

I have a book subscription that does not deliver to the U.S. but forward2me solved my issue of how I could receive the books. The books were unwrapped and that was a little disappointing but understandable. My books arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I have only used your service twice and have decided not to use it again. Both shipments have taken an inordinate length of time to ship to my US destination and the most recent one I sent a query on because it hasn't shipped since it arrived on 8 January! In spite of my paying the shipping fee. It's outrageous. I am awaiting a response to that query.

I ordered a dress from Debenhams who do not send items to New Zealand. I used Forwardtome so that I could get this dress for my daughter's wedding. Everything was great except for thenprice. Once converted to NZ dollars it was very expensive. But their service was prompt with an easy to use website.
