It is very easy to get things done for a first-time user. Love it! Definitely will try their service for the other countries.
My package arrived, prepaying the customs duty worked perfectly, and all was well. The only thing that I think could be improved is that I wish my bill would show the actual cost of shipping and the fee for the service separately. I'm happy to pay the fee for the service I received; I'd just like to know how much is in each category.

I used this forwarding service to ship a single special-edition book from the UK to the US, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Shipping for one book cost $54, which is extremely overpriced. But I wasn't told this until after they had the book in hand, so I couldn't cancel my order. To make matters worse, the book arrived damaged, and the company refused to file a claim with the shipper on my behalf.
While they did refund half of the shipping cost, that doesn't change the fact that the original price was excessive, especially given the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Communication was unhelpful and dismissive, which only added to the frustration.
Since then, I've had a similar item forwarded by an individual, and the shipping cost was $24, less than half the price, with no issues at all. If you absolutely need a forwarding service, I strongly recommend finding a trusted individual to ship the item for you instead. It's far more affordable and, in my experience, much more reliable.
Overall, this service was not worth the cost, and the customer support was a major letdown.

As Protect+ Guarantee was not selected for this shipment, compensation for damage is limited to what may be recoverable directly from the carrier under their standard liability terms. In such cases, forward2me is not able to guarantee full reimbursement for the value of the goods. Forward2me have requested to consolidate almost all products that is time spending, although not necessary. Sometimes you have classified the products without knowledge such as silicone and temp logger to hazardous materials.

This is the second time I've experienced severe delays with Forward2Me, and I'm done.
In both cases, handling and shipping times were far longer than advertised on the website. My most recent parcel sat in their warehouse for a full week before dispatch, despite my attempting to ship it immediately and flagging that the contents were time-sensitive. Once shipped, transit also took significantly longer than the quoted delivery window.
The compounded delays resulted in the contents being completely spoiled and unusable.
What's most frustrating is not just the delay itself, but the lack of transparency. Important restrictions and processing delays were not disclosed upfront, and communication happens only via email, which adds further lag when timing matters.
Based on my repeated experience, I cannot rely on Forward2Me to meet the timelines they advertise. I would strongly caution anyone considering them — especially if shipping anything time-sensitive or perishable.

Ive ordered 3 or 4 times now. In the beginning I was needing a lot of help and customer service was able to help me at several different times. They were patient and had all the information needed and can answer anything. Once you understand everything then you will always have the information for the future and they helped me with that. If I can recommend someone for their service at forward2me I would recommend Joyce. She was so helpful and had all the knowledge and experience. If I could I would recommend her every time.

Had an Ebay Vendor for rare parts I have worked with in the past decide not to send to the US anymore. Forward2me was easy to set up and shipped promptly at fair price. Obviously, a pain to pay for shipping within the UK then again to the US but when you need the re-ship forward2me is the way to go.

Forward2Me were a big help setting up an order placed at the European subsidiary of a U.S. retailer that needed to be delivered to a European address to be forwarded on to the U.S. Forward2Me's instructions were clear with competitive pricing. So I had this whole thing with electric toothbrushes that got flagged as dangerous goods. Honestly didn't even know batteries under 100Wh could be an issue. Nica at the USA warehouse basically walked me through the entire process FedEx policies, how many battery items per box, different shipping options, all of it.
The back-and-forth, which was longer than I expected, but she stayed on top of every message. By the end she had everything split into optimized packages and ready to ship.
Really appreciated her persistence because this could've been way more stressful.

First, I must say I am very grateful for the service, and I did get my package. There was some confusion and backtracking because shipping to the U.S. was a problem at the time (tariffs) and then it turned out my package had a "hazardous" battery in it, so there was a bit of back and forth and additional packing and a fee, but we got it sorted out. The company was very good at communicating with me through it all - 8 hour time difference! - and everything eventually worked out. I got my package and am happy this service exists.
