Poorly packaged

The box was delivered with ripped plastic packaging that had a large rip which let water enter it during shipping. The insides of the box was completely soaked with water. It was an advent calendar with 24 small boxes with gifts inside each box.

Ordered advent calendar, slow response from support, misleading times of delivery (10-12 days instead of 2-3), 3-5 days for repacking led to failed christmas gift - didn't delivered it in time promised

During peak seasons, such as the holidays, our processing and shipping times can take longer than usual due to a significantly higher volume of orders. This includes additional time for repacking and quality checks, which can unfortunately extend beyond the standard 2–3 days.

We understand this may have impacted your plans, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods.

Your shipment is undergoing customs clearance.Please note that the customs clearance process may begin while the shipment is still in transit to the destination. In this case, a non-standard customs entry is required, which can add additional processing time before the package can be delivered.

Everything was perfect

The whole process was excellent! My package went right through and was given to FedEx inbetween 24 h. All steps were tracked and documented via email. So one always knew where the package is. Highly recommended if the sender does not send to the EU.

Excellent service

My package arrived from Forward2me and I'm thrilled. My experience started with a purchase on eBay from France. Many weeks later my packages finally arrived at the Preston GB warehouse. The warehouse team quickly processed my packages—taking pictures and itemizing the contents. They were carefully repackaged into one package for safety and protection. The package was quickly dispatched to the US, and I had some customs forms to complete that Forward2me helped me complete in a timely manner. The package was released and was delivered the next day in perfect shape. I'm very pleased and I'm extremely grateful to Joyce and Kaye in customer service and the hardworking staff in the warehouse. I know they process many packages in a day. THANK YOU

First time user so I was a bit lost on what I needed to do to get my package. I reached out to their customer service and was emailed in a timely manner by Joyce. She was kind enough to walk me through the steps on what I needed to do and also sent screenshot to help me navigate their website. She was also kind enough to send a follow-up to make sure I didn't need anything else. I highly recommend using their service and will use them again in the future.

2nd time's a charm

My first experience with Forward2Me was awful. Completely incompetent, horrible service, took me over a month to get some simple goods shipped. In the end, to their credit, they did ship it free of charge.

The second time was much better. I ordered something, it got delivered to them, i did a few clicks, paid, and then it was delivered to me. It worked as it should. If it can always go like that, I'd use them again.

Great service

At first I was iffy about purchasing products directly from other country's for I haven't done this before. When spending hundreds of hard earned dollars on products that aren't sold in my country of origin I didn't know what to expect. Forward2me is a great way to do that very thing. Easy and when receiving my packages with no problems no broken bottles great job with packaging. I pitched fragrances and that could go real bad. With forward2me it was easy and it makes things less concerning.

Overall, in the toilet...

In the beginning everything was done to help not make things a problem, now everything is a problem.
Mistakes are not rectified but doubled down on to the customers misfortune.
I've lost thousands of pounds and dollars dealing with this Zendesk so called customer care over the past few years. I'm at the end of my rope with this company.

Nica has the patience of a saint. I chose to return some items before shipment but didn't pay close enough attention to the sender's returns info. This meant that more work went into returns than was necessary. I'm grateful to Forward2Me for continuing to deal in a helpful and professional manner.
