Got my book from Locked Library

Exorbitant cost

I had specifically asked for my items to be packaged in a certain way but this was ignored, leading to exorbitant shipping costs and customs charges (I paid over EUR 500 for shipping and EUR 200 for customs)

Not clear shipping rules cost me lot o money

I pay 21 for FedEx but in your site you didn't mention that I have to pay extra for the delivery to my house With ELTA I WAS PAYING 10 and 0,28 per package for customs With FedEx I pay 21 + 15 + 10
