My experience with Forward2Me- it's been either REALLY good, or REALLY unpleasant, by that I mean, they're automated beyond imagination, but when you need to speak to a human... be prepared to wait, and be prepared for short & snappy responses. Only after I posted a negative review did I finally get service that was informative and helpful. I have utilized their services both shipping overseas (Europe & UK) and shipping from the US to the MiddleEast. The Germany location was absolutely unhelpful and the worst experience- I ended up having a shipment returned to the sender even after I reached out to them and the carrier (DHL). The problem I ran into with the UK office, they would only quote one carrier (the most expensive). But 1 bad review later and they all of sudden have several shipping options ranging in price, with & without tracking and so on. Also, they are big on "repacking" even when an item doesn't need to be repacked. I've pre-uploaded invoices for incoming shipments and they STILL have to "repack" the item which generates a fee. My most recent shipment, they simply changed labels from FedEx to DHL and I was charged a repacking fee- didnt change the box or the packing materials inside. Forward2Me is a very helpful service if they actually treated it as such- customer oriented, but at times it feels like a racket to make $$$ with unnecessary fees- particularly when you can go to the shippers website (DHL/FedEx/UPS etc) and find a cheaper quote than what's listed on their website. I do understand they have to charge for their services, but that should be listed as a separate fee, not hidden behind postage or "repacking" fees. I give them credit for how they handled the middle east conflict that was started in February, they held shipments for about ~30 days to see what was going to happen, and provided options to reroute as necessary. Of the companies doing this type of work, theyre slightly above the others, but certainly not perfect. I will continue as a customer until I either a. Find a better service provider, b. Have been completely fed-up with their tactics & pricing or c. Just do it myself and eat the costs.
I use forward2me from the UK & US works fine, online site is very easy for handling the shipments, repacking service is very good
Perfect, comprehensive and very clear instructions. The operator, Joyce of the York House, Green Lane West, Preston, PR3 1NJ, United Kingdom warehouse was very patient. I was also amazed by the speed of response and the connection with the other operators.

I was looking to buy an item that was only available in the EU and sadly with the current state of affairs and the US I could not get it here. So I purchased the item in the Netherlands had it shipped to Great Britain and then reshipped to me in the US happened far quicker than I thought it would and far more smoothly at a fair price.
