I tried to use my ticket but due to Covid 19 current situation in KSA, Saudia Airlines stated that there no availability to use this ticket and to get my amount refunded again, when I called them and they know it's a refund process they did not reply to me again.

I went online to pay for my hotel here on TRIP.com and they decided to pick the day for me to book because all the days were book and then proceeded to book it for a day that i did not choose and now they are still fighting to give us our money back. They were rude hanging up and these are Chinese people they do not do refunds or anything once you've made a purchase through them and something went wrong it will also be hard to contact them

Its been over 6 months fighting to get a trip.com credits or refund, but they are refusing! I booked 12 nights at Grand Nile Tower and that place was nasty I have picture proofs. The hotel staff wore rude and asked me to leave and they said to call trip.com and they will refund me. I had to leave in the middle of the night in a foreign country looking for a place to stay and had to pay premium because I walked in desperate for a place to stay. Yet trip.com said your booking was non-refundable. I explained why I left. And I received 0 service how are you charging me over a $1000 for nothing just because I blindly booked a place that looked good in pictures! The are thief's they keep blaming on the hotel and the hotel keep blaming on trip.com and this is how the steal your money! Don't ever book through them unless you are cool to watch your money go to waist. Please see the pic and see if it should belong to a 5 star hotel! This was during COVID!

Very Bad Service! NEVER BOOK HERE!

Last year my flight was cancelled due to pandemic, so they give me a 1 year credit and now pandemic is still going on, I'm trying to get my money back but this company is giving me a hard time! Who would want to travel for pleasure at pandemic times? I will never ever use this company to book my flight anymore! Worst experience ever!

TLDR; They are charging me $300 to use my voucher of $420.

I booked a flight that cost about $420. Due to Covid situations, I had to change my flight which cost about $300. I took the hit. At this point, I know it is a possibility to have to change my flight again in the future. So I called to enquire whether I can change my ticket to a flexible one so I don't have to pay $300 each time something happens. I was told I can cancel my flight and book it when I am certain of my flight date. I was also told I won't be getting a refund, but I will receive 'credits' that can be used any time before May 2022. I have a tight budget, so I was not going to cancel my flight if there were any fees involved. I asked multiple times if there were any fees, and was told that I will ONLY have to pay the fare difference. Standard. So far, so good.

I try to rebook my flights. The cost is $10 more than the credit I received. I call to use those credits. I am told the fee to use my credits is... $300?! Here is an excerpt from their email: "based on your ticket policy, confirm and proceed to flight credit, cancellation fees will be not involved however once you want to use your flight credit, fees or charges will be applied and you may rebook your flight credit with the same flight destination."

So apparently I have this "credit" of $420 but to "use it" I need to pay $300. Has anybody else heard of this "credit opening fee" they keep referring to? I have never heard of such thing. So far, I have payed more than $1000 and I don't have a flight! AND I have to pay $300 to book that flight?! I feel manipulated.

This is a scam people get the word out! Site needs to be shut down! Have called many times and now block my phone call. When the call goes to Q they pick up realize its me and hang up! Have called many times over 1.5 years no answers! No solutions! They are click bait!

I had booked a trip last year before covid on trip.com for a French hotel. Unfortunetly It did not go as i wanted it to be...
I will avoid it in the future and this is what i recommend to everyone. I lost £206 as my stay would have been last year during covid situation (only essential travels were allowed, so obviously i could not make the trip). I was offered an extnesion until the end of this year, but as i realised i will not be able to use it. I tried to get a refund instead as ( closing borders, hotels etc. is out of my fault) Obviously i could not get anywhere with my request. All i was told multiple times that i can make a new booking, it is extended until the end of the year.
I think it shows really well how much they care about their customers and how much they care about money...
Just avoid them...

No refund. Bait a switch. I imputed the correct reservation dates into the Trip.com app. Trip.com then emailed me a conformation with the wrong conformation dates that I did not input into the Trip.com app. Then Trip.com refused to refund.

No care for customers in any way

So my name is Matt I am disabled I only have one arm lost my right arm in a car wreck I have a service dog with me and all my stuff with me out on the streets right now because of trip.com I told them all of my situation and why I'm in the situation it was because of them and they did nothing to get me out of the situation and when I explained the situation to them their agents would just leave the chat because they didn't know what to say and here is the proof cuz I have all the screenshots of all the messages of what happened

Contacted customer service 10 times within 24 hours for a name modification, one letter in my name was wrong and they had me send a copy of my passport lied and said they did not receive it, after a few more calls they said i couldnt be helped with my issue at hand contact the airline direct 'side bar' my flight is in 5 hours... no supervisor is working and no tech support is working at 8am their time

I asked for a full refund due to the fact that the city in which I was flying had a Covid outbreak. They cancelled the outward ticket and failed to cancel the ticket coming back. I was later hit with a large cancellation fee and Trip.com blamed everyone but themselves.

I booked a 4-night trip to Las Vegas and found their rates are really the cheapest on the internet! Well, I had to sign in and get the rates as it was a sale for multiple days and offer to returning customers. Then I realized that I needed to stay for another night. I asked the customer service whether I may enjoyed the same daily rate. They responded quickly to me explaining why I couldn't but also offered me with what they have as the greatest value for the 5th night. Well, it's not their hotel, they are just an agent. Sounded reasonable to me. Checked in, stayed, and checked out. No problem at all. Love ya,Trip. Com

Hotel booked but unable to attend due to government forced lockdown. Trip would not change or refund booking. Called daily harassing me lying that they would pay me. End result was that they wanted a government statement about lockdown and would only refund my money if I rebooked and paid again. Ridiculous. Terrible service. Cheaper is not always better. Go with another company. I will never use them again.

I tried to book a room with trip.com, gave my payment information, but then they wanted to send me a code for verification. The code didn't come right away, so I clicked "Resend" multiple times to no result. There was a box that said "cancel," so I canceled and booked with another company. Next thing I get an email from trip.com that my booking is confirmed. I tried to call, and got the runaround. I then called the other party to see if I could cancel with them, and despite the fact I had completed the booking with them, they very graciously canceled, which is what trip.com should have done instead of giving me the runaround.

I used Trip.com to book a hotel room. I put in the dates, booked the room. Immediately I noticed the dates were incorrect, how this could happen I was unsure as I have booked hundreds of hotel rooms online (I travel a lot) and this has never happened with any other travel site I have used. This was my first time using this company. I contacted them immediately, literally no more than seconds after seeing the dates were incorrect. They said they would contact the hotel and see if I could cancel and rebook for the correct dates and they would call me. Thirty minutes later I get an email saying, "they attempted to call me, but no one answered the phone", LIARS! Considering my phone was in my hand the whole time... the email continued on, "the hotel would not cancel and reschedule". I called the hotel directly, as I am a regular customer with them, they said they were never contacted by Trip.com. Unfortunately since I had booked through that company, I would have to go through that company to change everything, but they would be happy to allow a cancellation and a rescheduling of the correct dates. Trip.com will lie to you and keep your money. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST... LITERALLY!

Horrible - AVOID

Booked a hotel room & paid for it with paypal, get to said hotel and the room was never booked. Had to pay again and now dealing with the horrible customer service to get refunded & supposedly now they can't find my booking so also waiting for PayPal to respond.
