After googling for some time I found that the fares we were checking out were ridiculous and so, decided we would abort our intended trip. Went back on the Trip.com website and found 2 fares for my Husband and myself for half the price I had originally found them for! The only site which did!

I compared many flights over a period of about 4 weeks and this is the first tiem I saw this one, so cheap compared to other greedy airline companies.
Luggage included, amazing, love it.
We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and at our ages, this trip was a bit daunting.
Thanks to Trip.com, it was a breeze! From flights to hotel accommodations as well as transportation to and from the various airports, everything was smooth sailing.

I would use Trip.com for all my travel needs - including accommodation, if I could be sure that I really do get the best price.
However, whenever I compare prices for exactly the same hotel, date and room with other providers, I always find a better price somewhere else (Agoda, Booking etc.). As I dont have time to report such cheaper prices to Trip.com in the hope that they will beat them, I just book it wherever I find them.
So, dear Trip.com people: if you want to attach good customers to you, make sure that you really offer them the absolute best price available in the market.
Most of us who are travelling on business are desperate for a site that can handle everything (flights and accommodation) at the guaranteed best price.
Always, not just occasionally.

We offer huge discounts on hotel, flight, and train booking and ect. The price of the tickets change quickly due to many reasons. You need to check the specific price in the APP for your reference. We are looking forward to your trip.

I have done a Duplicate booking of hotel/flight package arrivingon the 05th June 2026@ Travelodge Kuala Lumpur. Due to overnight flight from Tokyo to KL, l hv book an extra *******@Travelodge supposed to be the 06th June instead of 05th... l have contacted reservation with Travelodge directly but no confirmation! Very disappointed 😞

I booked a flight from Seoul to Fukuoka. I have huge suitcases since y original flight is from the US. Trip.com had allowed checked weight limit written next to the bag icon, which made it so much easier to look for a specific info to book s flight compared to other sites.

A good overall experience. I had an issue which at first seemed very difficult to navigate, after some back and forth I eventually got into contact with a manager from the senior care team called Jasmine. Not a bad word to say about how she dealt with the situation. She was very fast and efficient and done everything and more I could have asked. The only disappointment was not getting into contact with her sooner. Would recommend using trip.com as my case shows even when there is a problem they will do their best to correct mistakes.
