Good site, i was using Expedia and Booking.com before, but they always had hidden something specially on hotel bookings, even air travel luggage allowance, with Trip.com everything is clear no tricks. Nice. I`m using it for all my travel needs. I trust trip it`s very convenient. Very nice follow up and updates, even gates change they called me inside airport. They really care about their clients

A couple of years ago, Trip.com messed up our bookings by separating tickets, and then customer service was really horrible. The ever-reliable Skyscanner stepped in and forced Trip.com to help us.
So now after 2 years, I am again taking a chance to book with them and so far the booking process has gone smoothly. Let's hope everything proceeds as per plan, and we really hope that Trip.com has improved its service now in case we need them.

I've been using trip to book for years and always get an email w the QR code. But the email this time only had a receipt. I contacted the service center but the agent was just trying to sound empathetic but wasted time. Only after I purchased another ticket at the gate did the agent advise that the QR code was subsequently made available on the app but it was too late and he would not process a refund. Trip changed process (had always attached the qr ticket in the email), but was helpful in guiding me to my ticket until too late and then did not process a refund. Terrible!

I will always use trip.com because the app is user friendly and there is a 800 number to call in case of any issues. I think it's the best app so far for hotel and flights.

Was unable to check in at the airport because my two tickets from Wizzy Air had two separate PNR codes and the system did not accept my passport scan. I paid 90 Euros at the airport. Even though I had screenshots of the documents proving I was denied check-in, the airport staff were unhelpful.

I had booked a comfort room & received a disabled access room that is door to door with the reception. At the check-in the staff lady explained I chose an "economical option", that they are fully booked in a take it or leave it manner. I couldn't sleep properly due to the noise from the reception & didn't enjoy having the experience of the disabled room, which had a weak air conditioner as well. I am grateful that I can always count on trip.com to resolve the situation and compensate the damages. But sometimes the back & forth doesn't make sense when my request is simple & quite understandable. The initial €17 euro refund that was offered was inappropriate given the reservation was €171. After a lot of back forth, we agreed on a 50% refund.

Having really misleading images and information related to hygene and family friendly stay this property was totally misleading. Trip.com was able to manage to get half of the amount as refund that too after 100 of calls with host. The process need to refine as any host with any wrong information and the trip.com get a proof from the guest related to their claim they should be able to get panalty from the host and refund the full amound with an additional as a token of satisfaction for the guest they got the hazzle they got during the booking.
Evans was the only reason why i give 4 star as the communication was straight forward and i was able to wind up this matter.

I like the fact that you can prepay for a hotel and still be able to cancel if necessary.
There are many options for a flight and hotel, but the way the website is organized makes it fairly easy to select and not be overwhelmed.

I booked flight going out the wrong day and called to cancel immediately. Got asked a bunch of questions and after I hung up tickets were issued. They showed up and why Right after I canceled that happened is beyond me. As well there is no notes or confirmation of the conversing showing. When there should be. I just don't get if you cancel immediately not even close to 24 hours why your money does not get refunded. Also tickets take a day to be issued usually but because I called to cancel they got immediately issued seems real strange.

I booked a multi-city Asian airfare through Trip.com. Having recently booked other trips through different booking sites, I can say that Trip.com's site is easier and faster to use. Following the booking, I received several emails confirming the transaction and shortly after my receipt and tickets, along with useful information about how to manage my booking direct with the airline (you don't always get this information from other booking sites). All in all, a streamlined, quick and painless experience. Highly recommended.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
