I followed the link in the email that I received only to find out that I needed to set up the tickets in the MLB app and then another partner app. It was pretty frustrating and confusing to be honest.

This is my first time using this website. The way it is presented leads one to believe that I purchased outright. Not disclosed that has to be relayed to seller and wait to see if that seller would ok it. In the meantime, it said no refund. Also said have to wait 2 days to see if get confirmation.
Called the company and verbally informed the rep about my displeasure. Of course she apologized but no refund, so stuck. Luckily the seller agreed the next day.

I did not intend to purchase tickets from a 3rd party vendor & thought I was purchasing from the concert site. When I realized it was within minutes of placing my order - and I tried to cancel. But Tickets on Sale has a no cancellation policy. So I now have tickets that cost me double what they are selling for through the venue - and they are still available. Very frustrating as it is hundreds of dollars difference.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
