I followed the link in the email that I received only to find out that I needed to set up the tickets in the MLB app and then another partner app. It was pretty frustrating and confusing to be honest.
All went smoothly; I am now needing an adjustment due to a handicap situation, and am waiting to see how flexible they will be

This is my first time using this website. The way it is presented leads one to believe that I purchased outright. Not disclosed that has to be relayed to seller and wait to see if that seller would ok it. In the meantime, it said no refund. Also said have to wait 2 days to see if get confirmation.
Called the company and verbally informed the rep about my displeasure. Of course she apologized but no refund, so stuck. Luckily the seller agreed the next day.

Why must you keep bombarding my inbox with promotional ads and info gathering? Since you won't send me the tickets until right before the date of the show, I can't block your spam or I won't receive the tickets.

I wish I would of actually took a minute to look at the tickets as I paid the absolute most for the worst seats. But lesson learned
The price on the tickets were half of the price i paid andnot detailed information was added to show me why my bill was $159.00 and not the $ 80.00 on the tickets.

I did not intend to purchase tickets from a 3rd party vendor & thought I was purchasing from the concert site. When I realized it was within minutes of placing my order - and I tried to cancel. But Tickets on Sale has a no cancellation policy. So I now have tickets that cost me double what they are selling for through the venue - and they are still available. Very frustrating as it is hundreds of dollars difference.
I was totally unaware that I would be billed in USD for a Canadian Event. I have the screenshots to prove it. The final total was over $100 CDN more than I expected to pay. I wish to know how to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.
These were requested by a friend as a birthday gift. It was easy to locate a local venue and decent seats. The transaction went smoothly & transferring the tickets to them took less than five minutes!
