I have an old iPhone & wasn't able to download the app so I'm not sure that what I'm seeing is a ticket. It has the seat number but I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like. I'm afraid if I go there & they don't accept what I have as a ticket. How can I know?

It was easy to order tickets. The only thing I'm not sure is I will only receive the tickets the day before. It's a bit nerve racking for my daughter and I who are travelling from Canada.

Wasn't a very seamless. I had to pay on one site then download an app then submit another email then I get images with no QR or barcode which I'm supposed to put on my Apple wallet to scan doesn't quite look right
Was not aware that would potentially not receive my tickets until the day before the event. I bought them 6+ months before the event and I have no idea when/if I will receive them. Price of ticket is 2-3x normal cost of tickets. Also the site listed the seats as "excellent" when they are listed on rate my seat as 2.2 score- they are terrible seats. Very deceptive practices. Emailed them same day when transaction was still pending and they wouldn't cancel the order.
Check out an ordering was fast and painless. My only concern is not getting the tickets right away and having to wait until right up to the concert itself.
The system obviously relies in the party parting with their tickets to respond, and while understandable it still takes far too long for them to do so and then you've paid before the tickets arrive ans might not even have them.
I was looking for tickets to a comedy show and this site came up first. Unbeknownst to me, it was a resell site. I purchased them at 3x the normal price that I could have purchased at the venue's website. When I contacted this site, I was told the only recourse was to resell them. My bad… fool me once.
Not sure if it's because of security but to complete a full multi-authentification process and several emails just to receive a concert ticket seems a bit complicated. It's easier and quicker to book an international flight 😅

While the service was easy to navigate, I had to write this review before I could complete the confirmation of my purchase. Weird.
Instructions that came with the tickets say "you must display your ticket on a mobile device. Printed mobile tickets will not be accepted. It is recommended to have your tickets available on your mobile device. Printing out a PDF of your tickets is also advised ". So, downloading the ticket gives me a PDF document. Am I meant to somehow store this PDF document on my phone or to print it out and bring a piece of paper?

I'm still not entirely certain my tickets are confirmed. I never received an email asking me to do that, but I downloaded the tickets and transferred them to my digital wallet. Now I'm concerned that they might not be legit. Help!
AFTER I paid for nonrefundable tickets, a statement was added saying that they had an obstructed view. That statement was NOT in the original listing. I am stuck and angry.
