I ordered and paid for tickets almost a week ago. Received order # and confirmation email. With a statement they would be released by March 20th! For a March 21st performance and the people I'm gifting them to live 2-4 hours away! Disgusted I cannot get the tickets (after I paid for them)! So that the people I'm gifting them to will have them way before so their experience will be without a problemπ’

Very disappointed that I was charged in US dollars ended up being a lot more Canadian. I would like to be refunded please full amount for the tickets also for ticket protection. Right now I have them for sale on ticketmaster.ca but in order for me to recoup my cost need to ask over $400 Canadian this has caused me a lot of distress.

It would've been easier to have the tickets sent via email. There was a lot going back-and-forth between downloading a new app and emails back-and-forth was hard to keep track.
Transferring the tickets was a huge pain. Can't transfer to yourself. No button to continue to the next page. It was not the best experience. It should be easier and less dramatic. Like just send the god damn tickets when they are purchased, how about that part. Thanks.
The ticket insurance is ridiculous. If you take someone's money, then charge them a delivery fee, there doesn't need to be insurance.

I had an excellent experience with your company, but you charge twice as much as the regular price of the tickets and that is disappointing to me because that is what came up before the box office price. That's my only issue.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
