I didn't know this was not through ticket master and that the tickets won't be delivered to me until the day before the concert, I'm a little uncomfortable with that.

I didn't understand why I was on Ticketmaster and then I was purchasing through TicketsOnSale. I also didnt understand why I had to have multiple emails to get my tickets. I felt like it could have been a smoother process.

The tickets sent to me were not addable to my wallet and so the only way I can find them is through some link from some email. That could be improved upon because the system thinks it can add to a wallet.
Purchased tickets for my son's Birthday, I had them transfer tickets over to my daughter's email. All was good till she got to the ticket booth and the app would not bring them up. Confirmation with the venue was confirmed however! Because of the confusion they actually gave Jer and Jax two better seats for viewing, so thank you for that! Birthday celebration was a success!

No problems. Purchased and received my tickets quickly and painlessly.
I could have driven to the box office and spent $45, yet I purchased through their online ticket vendor, TicketsOnSale, and the charges shot up to $135... 3 times the actual cost of the event? Will definitely never use again. Not to mention the pain it is to receive your "digital tickets". I still haven't figured it out. Yet this site gave me a chance to write a review first, so here's the truth so far. They charged me 3 times the cost of the event and still haven't received/figured out where my tickets are.

Kind of a chess game to get ticket right when I paid for them I get a confirmation email saying yes you purchased the tickets but you don't receive the tickets for another 2 weeks. Hope I didn't get scammed
