Was panicked the day of the event as I was on the way there with a hotel room booked and didn't receive the tickets until the last minute. Maybe that's the way it's supposed to be was a little panicked that I was not going to be able to go to the event and be out the money.
Overall, my experience was good while booking tickets for Diljit's show. The process was smooth and easy to follow.
However, one thing that needs improvement is the ticket delivery timing. I received an email stating that I would get my concert tickets on the same day of the event. Until then, I was unsure whether I would receive them or not, which caused unnecessary stress.
It would be better if tickets were sent earlier to provide customers with more reassurance and peace of mind.
I needed 5 tickets but couldn't seat everyone together. Then the one last ticket doubled in price. The site in general is not very user friendly…

The email seems to be the confirmation email, because ti says this is your ticket confirmation. I have never used online ticket orders, or phone apps, so this process is confusing and unclear to me. I hope I understood the email correctly.
Convenient, easy to use; however, I am concerned about using electronic tickets, I prefer to print as I don't know how to access an electronic ticket on my phone.

I had a pretty good experience, except there was not a venue map or seating tie-in for the sale. I had to go to other sites to get a seating map/chart. I hate to think I overpaid but I got the tickets. They were higher costs that Buddy's last performance at the same venue.

Accidentally clicked on tickets on sale website instead of Ticketmaster when it was all said and done I couldn't cancel my order and paid $100 extra just to get a ticket through tickets on sale compared to the pricing of Ticketmaster will never use this website again wish I could get a refund and order tickets to a different site sorry I've never been to a concert and this kind of ruined my ticket buying experience
I purchased tickets from tickets on sale however they were more expensive on this site. I could have bought them direct from the ponerosa lounge for half the price. The mark up of $50.00. NOT COOL

I bought the ticket for the venue Orpheum Theatre Vancouver and ticket shows another venue in North Vancouver. I want to cancel the ticket or swap to Orpheum Theatre.
Customer service rep was rude and zero help. I needed to cancel the purchase they said there was nothing they could / would do and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. If anyone is thinking of using your service do NOT, it's a total scam.

Easy access to buy tickets, but they should be delivered as soon as you purchase them so you know where your seats will be. Instead of waiting for the day before the concert
It would have been fine IF I was used to purchasing tickets using an app. However, I am not. I just wanted digital tickets that I could print out without a phone.
