While the service was easy to navigate, I had to write this review before I could complete the confirmation of my purchase. Weird.

Instructions that came with the tickets say "you must display your ticket on a mobile device. Printed mobile tickets will not be accepted. It is recommended to have your tickets available on your mobile device. Printing out a PDF of your tickets is also advised ". So, downloading the ticket gives me a PDF document. Am I meant to somehow store this PDF document on my phone or to print it out and bring a piece of paper?

I'm still not entirely certain my tickets are confirmed. I never received an email asking me to do that, but I downloaded the tickets and transferred them to my digital wallet. Now I'm concerned that they might not be legit. Help!

AFTER I paid for nonrefundable tickets, a statement was added saying that they had an obstructed view. That statement was NOT in the original listing. I am stuck and angry.

My tickets are supposed to arrive the day before game day. I'm wondering if they will arrive. This is difficult because I have to plan travel to the game.

I thought I would be buying hockey tickets directly from the XL Center, considering I went to their website and then was re directed to this ticketing platform. After my purchase was complete I had bought tickets from a random person who marked up ticket prices. Back in 2018 you could buy a ticket for $25 and today they are $60. No wonder why Hartford has such a hard time bringing in business and customers.

Tickets were priced decently, put in all my info and tried to pay but it booted me out of the whole website and when I came back, tickets were up $10 each. This plus them trying to be sneaky and not show the event you're purchasing tickets for and the price in the same screenshot on a phone.

I was able to get the tickets I wanted. Easily and there was a quick response after I purchased and it was very easy to access and download my tickets.

Wasn't very direct when claiming your ticket had mine cancelled and had to re purchase for $40 more my fault mainly but very easy to miss for someone doing a first time purchase.

I ordered tickets the night before a hockey game for my husband, daughter, her boyfriend & myself. The purchase process was easy but I got anxiety waiting for the final e-mail. It showed up the morning of the game.

My only concern is that I would always like to pick an end seat due to prostrate issues. Other than that, excellent experience.

The "redeem $20 ads are a bit much. I just wanted to checkout. Leave the rebate offers for people actually looking for the product. It was a bit irritating.

Took longer than it needed to because of the ads. Also, if you try to figure something out you can't go back without starting again.

Tickets were easy to claim, easy to buy, quick checkout. A bit more expensive than other sites I saw afterwards but didn't want to wait too long and risk them selling out. Otherwise it was a good experience.
