While the service was easy to navigate, I had to write this review before I could complete the confirmation of my purchase. Weird.
Instructions that came with the tickets say "you must display your ticket on a mobile device. Printed mobile tickets will not be accepted. It is recommended to have your tickets available on your mobile device. Printing out a PDF of your tickets is also advised ". So, downloading the ticket gives me a PDF document. Am I meant to somehow store this PDF document on my phone or to print it out and bring a piece of paper?

Not happy. Feel it's very deceptive. We think we are purchasing tickets for a local event in Canada. We think prices are Canadian only to find our credit card charged in USA dollars plus we get charged a service charge for handling by our credit charge company.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
