I fell into the trap of thinking that I was purchasing tickets from another site because I did not carefully examine the URL. Then, moments after the purchase, I realized that the price was inflated but was unable to cancel the purchase. It would be reasonable to have a few minutes.
Resellers should be prohibited from selling tickets above face value when they are still available.
I am accustomed to getting my ticket IMMEDIATELY after paying on other vendor websites. Ticketsonsale has charged my credit card but has not sent me my ticket over 72 hours later as of this writing. After contacting them they informed me that I would be receiving my ticket the day before the event or earlier (?) How long does it take for a customer to receive their tickets? I am in the process of contacting the major vendor of the event. I will NOT be waiting until the day before the event to receive my ticket!
How many emails to tell me I will gt them on this date or not get them.

Thought this was connected to ticket master and would bring me to ticket master to purchase tickets. Prices didn't specify it was in US... Wasn't till after I purchased the tickets and checked my bank account, that the tickets were sold in US $$. So I ended up paying almost double for tickets that aren't even worth it. Tried to find a link to cancel my tickets but wasn't able to. I'm not a very happy customer using this.

Purchased 2 tickets for Lenny Kravitz and purchased the insurance. An hour later, I realized I purchased the wrong section, I called to cancel the tickets and wanted to re-purchase in a closer section to the stage. I was told I could not do that, what was the purpose of paying the extra money for the insurance? I am a very unsatisfied customer!
After purchasing there is no explanation on what is required to get your tickets or how to get the tickets at time of event. Once I got that all figured out everything is great.

I bought 2 tickets for me and my mobility challenged husband. I tried to book handicapped seating but couldn't find it. I bought balcony seats. When we arrived, we learned there were no elevators. My husband called an uber and went home. I went to the event by myself as he could not be accommodated.
Be very careful i tried to cancel my order within 5 min of order and they had no grace period and they would not allow any cancellations.
Tickets were easy to get and understand, easy to go into the venue and were legit.
