I bought 2 tickets for me and my mobility challenged husband. I tried to book handicapped seating but couldn't find it. I bought balcony seats. When we arrived, we learned there were no elevators. My husband called an uber and went home. I went to the event by myself as he could not be accommodated.
Be very careful i tried to cancel my order within 5 min of order and they had no grace period and they would not allow any cancellations.

I thought I would try your service and purchased 2 tkts to the 7/9 Santana concert. Then I found out that Ticketmaster is offering a free parking pass with purchase of tickets. Reported it to your customer support and found out the answer was no free parking pass but I could buy one. Accordingly I bought it from Ticketmaster
Have used other ticket vendors, and this process had the LEAST amount of steps for me to save the tickets. I honestly thought I had to do something else, but nope live tickets are on my phone.
I shouldnt have to wait to recieve tickets til the day before or day of the event. I do not care if you are third party. Yoh should be able to have hold of the tickets to deliver them upon purchase.
