TicketsOnSale pops up at the top of a Google search when you look for a specific venue. I had no idea I wasn't on the venue's official site (which sells via Ticketmaster), and I didn't realize I was paying DOUBLE for what a ticket would have cost. I will be much more careful in the future!
Ordered some tickets in the lower section after paying for them and getting the tickets they were in the upper section. There is no refunds no exchanges nothing I can do. They baited and switched me. They said that they advised me before I paid for them, but that is not true paid for it with PayPal. It went straight to PayPal and then back to them. I'm out the money. Will not buy from them again
I bought tickets to a site last year but it was canceled. I received a voucher to apply to another sale or I could have gotten a refund. I chose to use the voucher which was really easy to apply.

First off why is ceasers using a third party to sell their tickets. Second why are we charged in US funds? This is a Canadian venue in a Canadian city. I could have paid with a US credit card and saved money because of this. Your a sneaky corrupt company and I will never attend a Windsor Casino event again after this show. ONE BIG RIP OFF.

I understand the need for having as many emails sent as there is, however at this point after the "welcome to Ticketmaster" and then the "they're sending your tickets" to all the extras after is too many
Received an email saying that is all I need to do for now. Then an email asking if I have confirmation, but no email with my tickets or an email on when I should see them or get them. When going to the site it hard to navigate to find where you can reach out to someone or check on your ticket status.
I wanted to purchase 3 lawn seats, but site only gave me option to purchase 2 or 4 so had to buy an extra seat. Not sure why it's set up that way.
Purchasing tickets for the Little Feat concert at the Treehouse was very easy to complete. I received a confirmation right away and expect to receive the tickets just before the concert in June.
