Ordered parking for fox theater. 72 year man recuperating from Achilles rupture to see Jason isbell. Thinking I was getting a parking spot within reason to fox theater. Was given 4431 Woodward surface lot location. Being from East Lansing- very UNFAMILIAR with fox and parking: believed be near the theater. Lot was too far away. Attempting to get help was impossible. I did get a phone call while driving to venue. Prior to that found a 50 west Montcalm parking ramp just across the street. Attempting to get my money back from this company.

Bought tickets. Was able to choose row but not seats. No big deal. Checked Ticketmaster to locate seats once tickets were delivered and discovered I paid double. Will be using Ticketmaster going forward. Half the price and I can choose my seats

The process of purchasing my ticket for the concert was very easy.
Went easy. Didn't take much effort to pay for 3 tickets. Going to the game tomorrow, Lord willing. If He holds the weather off, will be a fun day at the park.
The only issue i had is that i would get emails saying "respond to this email" and when i would, it would tell me the email is a no reply email, so that needs to be fixed. Other than that, the phone call was pretty easy(:

I had confusion on how the tickets would be delivered and they confirm that it was a mobile delivery. They resent the mobile delivery to ensure that I received my tickets. Great customer service.
Do yourself a favor... buy elsewhere. Tickets are overpriced, with no ability to refund.
