I didn't receive any info on seat assignments other than Section 106 Row K. Are there seats assigned in the row or is it first come first serve?
We're going to a game 4/25/26. Not sure yet. I haven't viewed any tickets yet. I read I need to bring my phone for my tickets. Makes me nervous not to be able to print the tickets out.
Tix here started were $150 and up for what the Site and Sound Theater in Branson was selling for $79. Tickets did not go into my phone's wallet. Tix did not immediately download to my phone.
This site is deceptive as it makes you think you're buying from the vendor. They charge extraordinary amount for the tickets $100 more per ticket. I was in kind of a bind to get the tickets and therefore I was little suspicious but I went ahead and ordered them anyway. So instead of $60 I paid $350. I know there's fine print there but most of us don't read that.
I order for the last several years tickets to see James Taylor at Tanglewood. I get the tickets the day before the concert which is in July. I purchased them in January or February to get your tickets for Guess Who so quickly was amazing so thank you very much.

The ordering process went well and I did receive two confirmation emails. The second email stated that my Tickets were now available, however, it's been 4-days now and I still do not see my Tickets within the MLB Ballpark App? Hoping they will populate within the next week or I may need to contact the Ticketsonsale Cust service team.

I had great difficulty getting any kind of confirmation on a timely basis that my purchase was actually accepted, and then being able to access the web ticket via mlb.com on my phone. It took over 9 hours, trying intermittently, to finally get it. Since I was visiting family, it was a great distraction to have to spend so much time and effort completing what should have been less that a 5 minute transaction.
They send you a confirmation e-mail, but then send you another e-mail stating that they want you to click on a link confirming that you received a confirmation e-mail which takes you to this satisfaction survey. Still haven't received my tickets yet.
After two days of head thumping on my own(I know I followed the directions carefully) The MBL access was worthless, so don't direct a download to that app! I found the text assistant link in an email. I had a lovely, helpful assistant, who walked me through the process. For spring training access go directly to the field you're going to be at. From that site and your order number you can access everything including putting it in your Wallet. I can't be the only person going to Spring Training that found this painful.
Hassles free purchase. I was scared because of the mix reviews but I received my tickets and I was able to add them to my wallet. Just waiting on the day of my concert with my daughter.
Would actually prefer to be able to have physical tickets. Nicer to give them to others then trying to transfer as there is always issues in anything we have purchased and then tried to transfer some of the tickets for others that couldn't do it online. Plus on this one it said the tickets might not come until the date of the venue, and that I don't like, I want them ahead of time
I realized that I had a prior obligation on date of event. I tried contacting the company and a recording stated that there is no possibility of a refund
After purchases tickets I found that Ticketmaster has way better seats for less than half the price. I tried to cancel purchase but could not find a way to do so. I tried to find help doing so a the help option was zero help and could not find a way to chat now with customer service. Will be sticking to ticketmasters website from now on.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
