Okay overall. Lots of emails to sort through and would rather not have to download an app to go to a concert but use a paper ticket, printout, etc.
Buying the ticket was an easy experience, However receiving my ticket was more difficult. I was not told exactly when I would receive it, just a general date. It's been 4 months since i bought my ticket and I still have not received it. The concert I plan on going to is two weeks away
I called to change my order as soon as I placed it because my husband told me that the people that they were purchased for needed to be in handicap accessible seats and they said I needed to call the insurance that I had ordered. Oddly enough, the insurance was billed to an old credit card and not with the rest of my order that went through affirm. I have no idea why that was even an option and am very unhappy.
No issues at all. Glad I was able to purchase the tickets. Only downfall is 1) I wish gave options of tickets to print or mail instead of electronic. 2) only receiving one day before the event
Not real happy that my tickets are not available until Friday November 21,2025. I have paid in full and should be guaranteed to have sooner than the day before the show. I spent a lot of money on flights and hotel reservations. I don't want to get there and not have them before I arrive.

I realized too late that this company was not the ticket seller for the venue directly after purchasing my tickets to a local event. I realize second hand sellers want to make a profit, however each ticket was easily double (or more) the price of the local venue price. Upon calling (within the hour I purchased the tickets) I was not able to speak with a representative and the automated message said there are no refunds for any ticket sales. I do understand my own fault in not checking the source I was purchasing tickets from. However, I do take issue that your business is modeled more or less as a scam. Reviews online are 50/50 as to if people even get their tickets for events. So I'm also concerned about this. I have had instances with other companies previously where I have called within the hour of making a purchase and was able to be refunded my money. I am also aware that most companies are easily able to refund credit card purchases within the same day of the transaction. I know my own employers transaction software has this capability since I have personally refunded people before same day of their purchase. So suffice to say, I'm pretty annoyed that upon calling there's an immediate recording dissuading people from being able to access a refund or talk to a person.
1st call didn't resolve the issue. Tried the 2nd day and a different rep resolved the issue. 1st call had a lot of background noises and was hard to have a conversation, while the 2nd call did not.
I thought I was purchasing tickets directly from the vendor. I didn't find out until later that you guys charged $25 more per ticket than what the venue did. That's very sneaky.

It was easy to purchase the tickets, however, they will not be "released" until the day before the concert, and that makes me very wary. I like to have access to the tickets as soon as they are purchased. What if I don't get them, I am unable to contact anyone, and now I spent a bunch of money and cannot attend. Makes me nervous.

It was a little scary. I started out in TM, which kept giving me either absolutely nothing or a weird, inaccurate error message. I suddenly got to the checkout page and found I was on Tickets on Sale. At this point, I had to wonder whether I was just being robbed but went ahead and took the chance. The tix are now in my TM account.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
