I tried to cancel right away when I realized you were not Buell theater and was told I could not cancel, yet this email said if I had canceled i need do nothing? When will I actually get tickets for an event that's happening in only 4 days?
We had purchased our tickets, not knowing that we had purchased from a resale company. So we were a little leery at first, but pleasantly surprised in the end. The tickets we purchased originally had placed us far back in the stadium however, by the time the tickets were delivered to us, they were cancellations which allowed us to be upgraded too much better seats!

In the past, I had a very bad experience with using another ticket purchase site, so I was worried about using this one. But to my surprise, it was an overall very great experience. The company was good at communicating what I was to expect and I received my electronic tickets way in advance of the event. The company even helped me with finding a really nice hotel. I will definitely use Tickets on Sale in the future.
The process was straight forward and simple. I would have like to have known that I would not actually receive the tickets until shortly before the event. We had to make travel and hotel reservations without the certainty that we will receive our tickets. That should have been disclosed up front. I would have probably selected an alternative site - which is probably why they don't disclose it.
So far so good but waiting on the actual tickets. I received confirmation of an order with an order number is all so far. I will increase my rating once I have the tickets.
Noah Kahan tickets are marked as non transferable. How is it possible that I will be receiving tickets for this concert if they cannot be transferred?
I didn't realize it was a third party sale and they charge almost triple for tickets and sales are not refundable. And still waiting on my tickets to arrive, will never use this again, if going to get tickets go straight to the venue and purchase you will be much cheaper and happier!
I have an old iPhone & wasn't able to download the app so I'm not sure that what I'm seeing is a ticket. It has the seat number but I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like. I'm afraid if I go there & they don't accept what I have as a ticket. How can I know?

It was easy to order tickets. The only thing I'm not sure is I will only receive the tickets the day before. It's a bit nerve racking for my daughter and I who are travelling from Canada.

Wasn't a very seamless. I had to pay on one site then download an app then submit another email then I get images with no QR or barcode which I'm supposed to put on my Apple wallet to scan doesn't quite look right
Was not aware that would potentially not receive my tickets until the day before the event. I bought them 6+ months before the event and I have no idea when/if I will receive them. Price of ticket is 2-3x normal cost of tickets. Also the site listed the seats as "excellent" when they are listed on rate my seat as 2.2 score- they are terrible seats. Very deceptive practices. Emailed them same day when transaction was still pending and they wouldn't cancel the order.
