Ticket purchase was ok but email says the actual tickets aren't transferred to your email on the day of the event. I would prefer they be transferred right away and then I could add them to my Apple wallet in my phone.
I mistakenly used a ticket seller that has a no refund policy. Entirely my fault as I was in a rush. USD funds were taken when I could have easily bought from Canadian funds website. Never again. Double the price obviously.
Being of the older generation, I found it very difficult to maneuver through your website. I ended up with 2 seats in different locations which is what I do not want. Customer service was of no help at all.

This service is not a traditional ticket seller. It a buy and sell site. My tickets will not be delivered until 2 days prior to the event. I may or may not ever see any legitimate tickets. No refunds!

Price gouged on tickets. Lesson learned, won't use Ticketsonsale again.
Don't mind anyone making a profit, but almost 4 times face value is a bit much.
I've received multiple "this is not your ticket" emails and many "have you received your confirmation email" emails - is the first one my confirmation?!
Did it on the bus over my data, ran smoothly and was very pleased by the website. I didn't like how many emails total there were though I think I got 5-6.
