I sure wish I had seen this before I used this foreign company to order funeral flowers. I received a phone call from China, 10 minutes before the funeral, stating that due to a supply chain issue, my order would not be fulfilled. 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE SERVICE! The phone call clearly came from an overseas call center.

Complete scam

Site came up as a local family florist shop. That was a complete lie. The day of the planned delivery I received a quick message that "we didn't receive flowers today, your order is cancelled." No one answered when I tried to call them.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. The 1st call was they couldn't deliver what was pictured and even with substitute flowers, couldn't deliver until the next day. The 2nd call on the next day, I was told they couldn't deliver at all. Supply issues. No apologies, they just cancelled my order. This was for a funeral so totally unacceptable. I would have given zero stars if I were able.

Unprofessional

Order flowers for my wife a week before our Anniversary. The company calls me the day of and says they are unable to fill my order. My suggestion to future consumers is to go somewhere else. This place is unprofessional and doesn't care about there consumers.

Worst business

My bad for not reading reviews but I've had the worst experience. I ordered flowers for my mom for my dads death anniversary. Ordered online, website is awesome, right? I called them first thing in the morning to ensure that flowers would be delivered, then I get a call, after they closed telling me they couldn't fulfill order. How is that possible, the one day I wanted my mom to have flowers! This business stinks, I'm reporting to BBB.

I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY DAUGHER TO BE DELIEVERED ON A TUESDAY. THEY CLAIM TO DO SAME DAY DILVERY. THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL FROM SOMEONE IN NEW JERSEY SAYING THEY COULD NOT FIND THE DELIVERY LOCATION. IT WAS A BASS PRO SHOPS LOCAION THAT EVERYONE KNOWS IN THAT AREA. IT WAS EASY TO FIND.
THEY FINALL DELIVERED THE FLOWERS ON FRIDAY.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CLAIM TO BE LOCAL BUT THEY ARE NOT.

I would not use them ever again. No communication no email that they were delivered no name on the card. They were told where the flowers were delivered that it was a group home. No name no one knew who flowers were for. My friend never saw the flowers. She went to the hospital

Ordered a funeral arrangement, via telephone. Asked if they were local, was told yes. Nothing was sent, NOTHING! When I called to inquire they said they didn't have the flowers for that arrangement. They also stated they tried calling and texting me, which was a lie. These people are scam artists! Do not use them!

On Tuesday mydaughter ordered the casket spray for her dad. Being out of town, we didn't realize this was not a local business because they portray themselves to be. I wish we could have seen these reviews first. The funeral was Friday. No casket spray. No notification. Rude customer service. Actually hung up on me. We buried our loved one with nothing. Had they notified us we could have found someone else so their excuse of supply change issue is not a valid one. It was pretty devastating during an already very sad time in our lives. Unacceptable.

Funeral Flowers Never Delivered

Ordered flowers on a Thursday morning for a Saturday PM funeral. These were from the out-of-state cousins of a young man who passed away. Five days later, email comes saying they were never delivered. Where would I like them shipped, instead…? 5 days after the funeral. Made me look bad. Made all of the cousins look bad. No apology or explanation. Just a request for a different delivery address. Um, no thanks. I still haven't been refunded. Big lesson learned!

Never use!

Do not use this on-line florist. They advertise same day delivery and no delivery fee. Delivery fee was disguised as "service fee" and by the 3rd day with no flowers delivered, I cancelled my order. After no same day delivery as promised, assured me of next day delivery. That didn't happen either. Save yourself a lot of grief, DO NOT TRUST THIS FLORIST!

I would give a zero star, because they failed to deliver the casket spray I ordered for my father's funeral. I had to call them to find out. I was hung up on multiple times and then told they didn't have enough flowers after being put on hold the day I placed the order so they could verify they had enough. Was told they had plenty to complete my order. The customer service rep was insensitive to the situation.

Placed an online order and the day for delivery, I didn't received a call they would not be delivered. When I called, they gave me some story about the vendor and they would be delivered the following day. I received a call at 5 pm they would not be delivered and they would refund me for my delivery. This is worst customer service ever I have received.

There is no Terry, they are not local, it's a scam. When you call you get a bull$#*! call center and the delivery never shows up. I bought flowers for a little girls first communion and they just didn't showed up.

When I placed my order it the price came up with $64.99 and no delivery charge. I thought wow that's great. Cost wasn't really a concern because I wanted to send a beautiful arrangement to someone who had just gone through a tough time. When I got an email with the invoice the amount charged was over $90! When I emailed them I was told " service fees apply to all delivery orders (as it goes towards the day-to-day running costs of our development and is used to cover for the cost of hazard pay for our employees". I actually copied and pasted that from the email. How do you say there is no delivery charge and then turn around and say the "service fee" is applied to all deliveries? No one ever bothered to respond to that question. When I was sent a picture of the bouquet I sent the flowers were all completely different then the arrangement I had picked. Very disappointed! I really wish I had searched for reviews before I gave them my business

Scam!

They are not local and they are not family owned and operated as stated on the webpage. They subcontract with other florists and keep a good portion of the money paid for the floral arrangement thereby getting a much substandard arrangement that is not even close to the picture on the webpage. When you get your confirmation they add a 15.99 service fee that is NOT disclosed on the payment page.

I use the term florist loosely. This company is NOT who they say they are. I sent flowers last month to a funeral home for a colleague and they conveniently charged my card and called the TWO DAYS LATER to tell me delivery was delayed. They didn't have the plant I ordered. I ordered a large Peace Lily. They charged me twice what the initial charge should have been. I tried to give them a second chance. I ordered a $176.48+ plant, and they charged me only to tell me again that there was no stock. I called and asked for a manager and was given a bad number. I asked them to reverse the charges and they said it would be 5-7 business days before they could be reversed. If you put "local florist" in your search, somehow, they pop up in every area including my own. They do not exist locally nor have they ever. I will NEVER be scammed by these people again. I wish I could give them a "0" for a rating.
