I ordered a beautiful Orchid arrangement for my wife's birthday that were to be delivered on her birthday.
I was told that they would be delivered that morning.
Later in the morning I received a call that they didn't have any orchids so they would send out a arrangement for the same value instead.
Then I called in the afternoon and was told the flowers were out for delivery.
Then after 5:00 when I hadn't heard from my wife, I figured that I better call Terry's flowers again. Then I was told that because they didn't have the flowers requested the arrangement wasn't going out (?).
I could (should) have called a different florist and wouldn't have had this problem.
I call terry's back this morning and talked to a "manager" who said that there wasn't anything that they could do!
I will never use terry's flowers again. A huge disappointment! I should have checked their reviews before I called them - which is terrible almost nothing positive.
DO NOT USE TERRY'S FLOWERS OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
Previous reviewer was spot on, it looks like someone just literally slapped 6 roses and very little filler in the vase and called it a day. I'm not even exaggerating, see photos below. I know I opted for standard instead of deluxe as shown, but for the additional $15 service fee they could have at least filled in with extra greenery, sheesh! AWFUL!
This shop came up as local for Utah, however they are located in Vegas. They have a $16.00 service fee (which isn't indicated on their website so you don't see it until final purchase). My $50 arrangement ended up costing $85.00. I sent an email to them about the discrepancy and the false advertising. I had placed a phone order and the lady out right lied to me telling me that she was located in Payson. AND then they cancelled the order on me the day I expected it to be delivered. I cancelled my credit card because I don't trust what they will end up doing with the number now that they have it.
I read several negative reviews AFTER placing an order for flowers to be delivered after my moms surgery. I was so nervous because of them. Thankfully, the flowers were delivered on time, and they were GORGEOUS! My mom called and said they made her cry (I live 1,000 miles away). I went back to re read the reviews, and realize people are mad the bouquets do not look exactly like the photo. Y'all. Online flower boutiques send your order to a local florist. That florist does their best to assemble a bouquet based on the description sent to them. They'll NEVER match the photo, and sometimes flowers are substituted because flowers are seasonal. I attached the photo of what I ordered (lavender and white brilliance). The only substitution was that all-white carnations were used when the image displayed purple-tipped carnations. I thought the bouquet was full and beautiful, and my mother loved them (which is most important). Super happy with my purchase and would use Terry's again.
I called in an order since I live in Albuquerque, NM and my daughter is going to school in Durango toTerry's on Friday for a Monday afternoon delivery of a baby girl bouquet for my daughter's 20th birthday. I gave all the information requested and was told that it would be taken care of. Monday came, I called at 330 to confirm that it was being delivered and Customer Service said they didn't find any records of the order. I guess the surprise was on me instead of my daughter's 20th birthday. Thank you for the BIG Disappointment!

I was very disappointed with the arrangement that I had ordered for a co-worker who lost his mother. I had ordered a Serene Retreat (Dish Garden) and they put the plants in a basket with a handle ( a child size basket) which looked ridiculous and it was nothing like the picture and certainly not appropriate for a funeral. I even called the florist back and left a message, they didn't even have the decency to return my call. Never Again! Buyer beware!

Nothing good to say at all about this. Not even what was ordered along with the flowers were almost all wilted. Delivery was absolutely horrible also! Left on porch with no indication they were delivered while people were home.
It is unclear to me how people could give anything less than 5 stars?! I send floral arrangements often, plants, balloons and goodies. I can say that my mother receives at least 3 a year alone, and she will call the florist if it is not right and have them replace. Never has this been the case with Terry's, not once. I could go on and on about the incredible above and beyond service I and recipients receive, its like were family.
I ordered flowers for my mother-in-laws birthday. I work nights so I called at 430 pm after I didn't get a delivery confirmation. They got in touch with driver so that he knew to send a confirmation email when delivered. I called at 847pm and they still could not confirm delivery! The lady that answered didn't even seem to care she said there was nothing she could do! $80 for flowers that were never delivered!?
Gave wrong address by mistake, our files were off. Terrys florist called me since I didn't give the recipients phone number to them. I was at work and this was for a coworker who's spouse had passed away. She was very patient while management contacted them and gave them her number to get correct address. She went above and beyond to deliver these flowers. Will use them again.
I need to take a min to vent. This was a special occasion. Today is my 25th wedding anniversary. I was so excited to get the premium simple divine flower arrangement from y'all. My wife's favorite color is pink and that was the perfect arrangement with over a dozen pink roses and beautiful pink flowers with minimal green fillers. I was embarrassed and ashamed when my wife received this arrangement in front of all her coworkers, with 6 roses, three Carnations, purple flowers, and over half the arrangement with green filler. Now I have to go and find her an arrangement worth 25 years of marriage. I am very disappointed. I will be leaving reviews and will not be doing business with you again.

THE BOUQUET DELIVERED WAS NO WHERE CLOSE TO THE ONE I ORDERED. WHAT A CROCK THIS COMPANY IS. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. I ALSO RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM THAT SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE MYLAR BALLOON AND WOULD ADD THE COST TO MAKE THE BOUQUET LOOK FULLER. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THIS HALF A** BOUQUET FROM WALMART. A family member died and they never delivered flowers to her grieving sister. Customer service puts you on hold 20 minutes whenever you ask any question. Managers tell you things and don't follow through. Company should be banned.
Never been one much for giving reviews as a matter a fact first negative review I have ever written. But planning to ask my fiance to marry me Saturday 11/06/12 sent the order Wednesday 11/03/21 sent what the card should read asking her 90 year old mothers permission and inviting her to the event via Face time. They assured me it would be sent 11/04/21 in the morning. On 11/05/21 at 3pm Florida time I receive a call they lost the Email what the card should read I resent and they said it would still be delivered that day. I stressed the importance since the venue was the next afternoon. No problem was the comment I received I was fine. At 5:10pm Florida time 2:10pm California time received a call all drivers went home and the package would not be delivered until Saturday morning. Very difficult to believe that in the world of Grub Hub, Uber that they would not have fixed their mistake without contacting me but no they made ZERO effort. So now the arrangement was made Thursday will be 3 day's old and I have no confidence the order will be delivered. If you are sending floral arrangements to Apple Valley California I suggest you avoid Terry's Florist at all cost $200 worth of business in a month and both experiences below zero.
After ordering, Terry's Florist called to say they were out of stock and asked if they could deliver following day. They were never delivered. We called a week later to follow up and they said they cancelled the order because they don't have flowers in stock, can't get flowers at this time, and will not be able to get flowers in the near future because there is no supply!?!?! We were never told it was cancelled and it begs the question... what do flower shop employees do all day when they have no flowers? I should have paid more attention to their poor reviews.
I paid the higher price to get the better and bigger arrangement. What I got was 1/4 of the flowers I was shown I would get. The actual arrangement was VERY small without the balloon I paid for and totally different and way smaller vase. They advertised free delivery which I got, but then I also got a $15 service fee. The $90 I paid looked like a $25 arrangement. I'll never use this florist again.
Made online order. Called company phone number *******738 to verify that order was received and ask when it would be delivered. In VERY broken English, the lady told me that the order had been received and was already on its way to the recipient. That was at 9:30 AM. It is now 3PM and nothing has been delivered. The birthday surprise was ruined and no one at their company cares. The bastards should be put out of business. The lady also would not tell me who the local florist would be that would deliver the flowers. I knew at that point, something was wrong. Maybe this review will keep others from the same issue happening. DO NOT ORDER. They will steal your money. You either wont get flowers at all, or what you do receive will be far less than what you ordered.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
