Zero stars should be an option. I ordered three days before the delivery date, and the driver didn't wait long enough for my mother‑in‑law to get to the door. I was told a tag should have been left so she could request a re‑delivery, but no tag was found anywhere. I had to call three different times, which completely ruined the surprise. The wait times were long, and the customer service was not helpful at all. When my mother‑in‑law called to ask about the re-delivery, they told her I had to call, making the whole situation even more frustrating. So far, I've spent a lot of time and money, ruined her surprise, and have received nothing in return. Use another company.
This place really needs to be look into by the BBB. I ordered flowers from them and when they never came I called customer service. She asked if I received an email stating they refunds me 3 days prior to when I needed them delivered due to out of stock. Instead of calling to let me know and possibly give me another choice. When I told the representative I only received the confirmation email. She bascially called me a liar then asked me to check my spam box and no email. She then had me search for an email from Sarah Smith. Yes, there was an email from a Sarah Smith but doesn't show anywhere that she is with the company only Sarah Smith and the subject line was Refund Confirmation. I don't know about you guys but if I see something like that in my spam box I am not opening it... She said well that was the email you were sent. There is better customer service at the DMV. To make matters worse I had a very specific reason I needed these flowers delivered and unfortunately, the company didn't think it mattered if they provided the service I paid for or not. When a company treat customers like this sadly they have no idea what that individual is going through. Thank god the flowers were for a funeral... I would love to attach a photo but can't when no product to take a photo of!
If I could give them no stars, I would. Flowers did not arrive for the funeral service, and I was given the complete runaround on getting a refund. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a floral company. In my 25 years of ordering flowers I have never had to worry about the flowers arriving timely. So do not order anything from them. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general. It's a rip-off scam!
They canceled my order within 2 hours of ordering to tell me they do not have ANY flowers in stock to fill my order. Then tell me it will take 5 banking days to get my refund. No customer service. How can a flower store have NO flowers in stock
They failed to deliver flowers as promised/ordered, the business phone does not work. The business has several hundreds of negative reports at the BBB. Has a terrible customer service reputation. I will never do business with them again

I ordered 3 bouquets and only one was delivered. They say the other is still on its way but it's 8:30 pm. They say they refunded the third one, but I highly doubt it.
Wish I read reviews before ordering. Prices werent 45% off if you called like their website says, was "local" supposed to be in Pittsbot NC and they add $18.99 serv fee-they cancelled my order via email, no phonecall. Horrible service if this is how they conduct their business. I took a chance using them and regret my decision. Wasnt able to reorder flowers from another florist because it was so late of a notification by them it gave me no time to order elsewhere-very upsetting!
Anyone have the owner of this business's name? I ordered a $300 flower arrangement for a funeral. Never received an invoice. I called 2 days before the funeral and provided the deceased's name and confirmed the delivery location and time. 2 days after the funeral I call Terry's and spoke to Ed and they had a supply problem and sent NOTHING! No call to make me aware so I could order something somewhere else. I'm disgusted.
TOTAL rip off. Not the 45% off as advertised and $18.99 "service fee" for employees salary and building upkeep. These things are the cost of doing business and should not be pased on to your customers. Or is the $18.99 really in lieu of the "free" delivery? Very dissapointed...will never use again
I ordered flowers for a funeral for Saturday. I called today to make sure the order was underway. I was told that the order was cancelled. THE DAY BEFORE THE FUNERAL. I did not receive any email or other notification until I was talking to their representative. During our conversation, I was told that there was nothing they could do, as the order was already cancelled, even though at that time, I had received no notification.

I order flowers for my neighbor funereal, they never showed. Flowers showed the next day at the church, not what was ordered.or promised. When I called and final spoke with a manage (Jay) to express my dissatisfaction with what went on, the manager, hung up on me. They ruined the funereal for my neighbor's family and my family. If I could do it, I would give them a -negative 10 stars, Never, Never Never use this scam company.
I selected this florist in "Mandan, ND" because the site said it was local. The product was delivered on time. However, it was not even close to the picture provided on the website. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for a funeral and what they delivered could have been arranged by anyone in their kitchen using flowers from the grocery store. It was bad, really bad. I complained by email and they offered me a $25.00 refund. The arrangement we received was mostly fern fronds and a few roses. I am mad at myself for being so careless in selecting a florist.
Do not order from Terry's Florist! I ordered flowers for mother's day a week prior and 3 days before they sent an email saying they cant deliver because of supply issues. However they will be refunding my money. I checked my bank account and indeed the refund was pending so I sent an email saying how disappointed I was and that they could have at least offered a different arrangement. Now the refund has disappeared! No communication from the company either!
Absolutely do not order from this place! It's a total SCAM. The site said same day delivery. NOT! They trick you into the site is a locally owned business. IT's NOT! They say free delivery in the area. They charged for the delivery. We never received the flowers, now I'm working to get my 90 bucks back
I ordered flowers and what was received was nothing like what I ordered. On top of that a portion of the flowers were already noticeably dying. When I contacted the company with my concerns all the company they had to say was they were within there rights based on the flower substitution policy. Which I disagree that the substitution was of same value. But on the bigger issue they choose not to address the dying flower issue all together. I did reach out to them again, they are now ignoring me. With delivery I spent $91. Pictures attached, what I ordered, what was received, two pictures of the dying flowers. The pictures were taken the day the flowers were received.
So incredibly disappointed.
