I ordered my wife some flowers for Mother's Day, a week in advance. The day they were set to be delivered, at 5pm in the evening, they text me stating that due to a glitch, my order would be canceled and refunded in 3 - 5 days.
No offer to send them the following day, or any other consolation other than a 3 - 5 day refund.
I will not be using this florist again, and highly recommend anyone else to not count on them.

I ordered two Mother's Day bouquets in APRIL for a May 13 delivery. I am currently wheelchair bound and unable to get out, but wanted to be sure people who have gone the extra mile to help me out got recognized.
Today, on the 13th, I received a lame "sorry we had a glitch and your order is now cancelled. Refund in 3 to 5 business days."
Never never never do business with them. They're not even local (Carroll County, Maryland) despite their deceptive claims to the contrary. I'm angry.

We will send an email confirmation as soon as we processed your refund. Sorry again for this and thank you so much for understanding.

The reason that's important is to improve the quality and service of the product, but they lied…and proceed to not even deliver the flowers to then call me the next day and said they canceled the order and issued a refund. Which they actually have yet to do. Also, expect 5 mins waiting on the phone to have a out of country person try to navigate an English dictionary while trying to understand why you are calling them in the first place.
I ordered flowers for my mother in winnsboro on 5/6 - my order was in for a good week and the company decided to notify me that they were having a technical glitch and my order couldn't be delivered on the same day it was supposed to be delivered. This is just a downright scam. Do not advertise specified shipping times and then tell your customers "oh sorry we cannot deliver" needs some serious investigating. The people who answer the phone clearly dont work anywhere near the actual company/building. Do NOT order through this fraudulent company. Hopefully they give me a full refund, if not im going to take further action. It's 2023, learn to operate a business. Garbage service, reps who answer the phone have zero clue what they are talking about and are no help whatsoever. I am extremely distressed considering this is for mothers day and i am not in the same state as this business. I really hope you have a better level of service or else your company won't last long. I ordered flowers on Monday for Friday and they emailed me Friday at 615pm. This is probably my moms last moms day and she didn't get her flowers. They said do to supply shortages. They could of given me a chance to pick something else. She is out of stat in travel now. What a disappointment. I ordered from them because they are local and right down the street.So sad!
I ordered a premium arrangement for my mother's 80th birthday. What she received was horrible and embarrassing. Sad that this is the best substitute flowers from a professional florist can provide.

Terrible, avoid at all costs. They cancelled a mother's day order on the Fri. Prior offering only a refund and no other options. They are by no means a local florist. They have poor customer service and offer no assistance in their failure. They are a joke. Pay a little more with another delivery service and have peace of mind!
