I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The funeral spray did not arrive at the service, but I did. Otherwise I might not have known. My credit card was charged. When I called Terry's to inquire about the arrangement, although I was on hold nearly an hour, they told me the flowers were delivered, but could not tell me where they were delivered. BUYERS BEWARE! The ONLY reason I gave a 1 star rating is that I could not leave a 0 (zero).
Placed an order for next day delivery and they waited till the day of to text me that they would not be able to fulfill my order. When I looked up local florist they popped up, just to find out that they were not local but halfway across the country. I am supposed to be receiving a refund in about 5 business days, so hopefully that goes smoothly. Based on the pictures posted, I'm happy that they could not deliver. Does not seem like a very well run business.
I ordered a 55.00 arrangement, they double billed. Called them had to order again. They strong armed me another 16.00 because of short supply. They called back and cancelled my order. Jerked me around for half a day. I guess City Market gets my business.

Ordered flowers for my elderly Mother's birthday. Were not delivered same day, on her birthday even though ordered at 12 noon. Called today and got a whopping $5 discount on a $75 order. Not as advertised. I paid $10 extra for a couple of irises — no irises, no explanation or apology. I spoke to the shop they said they had them at the time I ordered. Two carnations were dead within 24 hours. Carnations are hardy. They should last a week. I was mortified I contacted them. They apologized and offered $32.99 in compensation
Flowers that I ordered were not delivered. Tried to reach their customer service and was put on hold for very long time, only to say they had to check with their driver to see if they were delivered. My sister never got them. Still waiting on a credit. I learned the hard way... READ ALL REVIEWS FIRST! Don't order from this company.
Never delivered. Never got an email stating such... only email was a letter the day it was to arrive asking how I am enjoying my purchase. After a phone call it was discovered they never delivered it due to a shipment issue.

They never delivered the flowers. They will answer the phone, get your information, put you on hold and never pick back up. They don't respond to emails. They stole my money and ruined my gift for my employee.

I ordered flowers for a family funeral. They sent me a text they couldn't make what I ordered. I called at 11:39 to give permission to change the floral arrangement. I took her at least 15 minutes to find my order but she never relayed the message that I approved the change. I called back again after a text I needed to call and once again gave permission for a change to my arrangement. Then I received a text at 3:45 cancelling my order for a funeral the next morning. Very unprofessional and very insensitive.
Worst banquet of flowers I have ever seen 8 flowers and some filler for a 100.00. I will never use this service again
Wanted to congratulate my sister today on passing a very important test today. I ordered some flowers from Terry's Florist. While I'm grateful they arrived today, they are NOTHING like the picture! I understand they might've run out of certain flowers, but let the buyer know! I will never order from them again. Completely different arrangement! Wow $75 (BTW, what is the extra $15 service fee if it's not for tax or shipping)? Would've been much so much wiser to just send some $ and a card to my sis (BTW, I wanted to add photos but apparently they weren't pixelated enough)!
This is a scam. They pop up when you look for local florists, they are somewhere in New Jersey and they will take your information and sell it to others and never deliver your flowers. I spent 45 minutes on hold three separate times trying to find out where my flowers were and they were a nightmare. Never got the flowers
I wouldn't even give this place a one star if I could! I wish I saw all of these previous reviews before purchasing a floral arrangement from this company for my uncles funeral. With taxes and delivery, it came to ~$120. I was horrified when my dad sent a picture of what I had purchased. The flower arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised. I totally understand not having some flowers in stock and having to use alternatives but there was no depth to this arrangement or even a close resemblance to the advertisement. Furthermore, almost all of the flowers were still closed. When I called to complain, they offered to take $20 off of my order. What a joke and total waste of money. Do not use this company! They should be shut down for robbing people.

Stay away from this florist! When I called this florist on a Friday they offered me phone suggestions for a birthday bouquet to be delivered on Saturday afternoon. When I learned nothing had arrived I called them to learn that they lacked the stock for their suggested order, and had simply cancelled the order without any follow-up email. By then it was too late for any replacement in time for the birthday. This company has outrageously poor service - they suggest flowers they don't have in stock? They cancel the order without any FU email? Choose an alternative florist.
I ordered an arrangement and another family member of mine ordered an arrangement, both to be sent to a funeral home and another to the deceased persons family. We received a message that they were not delivered due to some ridiculous excuse about a delivery truck. Then get in your car and deliver it yourself. Or call a taxi. Get it done. A funeral only happens on one day. They asked did I want it delivered the next day. SERIOUSLY? I was on hold over a half hour to make sure I get a refund. I had to hang up to go to the funeral

I ordered from a "local business" in my sisters town - only to find out AFTER my purchase they were NOT local to that area at all - they are in Las Vegas. I am disputing the charge!
Placed order at 8:25am. Received email confirmation…. Received text at 5pm that they couldn't deliver flowers! I called number to get someone working remotely to say they didn't have the flowers to fill the order! WHAT…. Do you deliver nothing and you let me know at 5pm! WTH! So unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN!

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
