I ordered flowers early for my mom on Mother's Day. They delivered flowers that were half dead and charged me $70 for the order, they did not deliver the chocolates that I ordered, they did not deliver them same day and they stopped responding to my email. So, as soon as the amount posts on my account, I'll be disputing it in an effort to not at least smack their nose.

I get you may not have what I ordered- but WHY wouldn't you call to offer another option? You just cancel the order? So I call and customer service who answered had no solutions? And then they email to ask about their service- priceless.

Flowers never delivered and I wasn't informed, I messaged person to see if they arrived never did. Called to see what happened since I was never informed put on hold for around 30 min only to be told I would receive a refund which I never received! Buyer beware

Mom's 92 burthday

Bad company. Do not order from them. I ordered flowers for my mom's 92nd birthday on Monday for delivery in Wednesday morning between 9 to 10am.
They had not delivered by 11am. Called them, they said it was out for delivery. Mom still had not received by 3pm. I called again. Said delivery would be by 7pm. At 720pm still no delivery. My birthday present to my 92 year old mom was ruined. I even called 2 days before to make sure if delivery and I was told they would deliver between the 9am to 10am I had requested. They are liers. Finally at 815pm my mom called to say she just got the flowers. This is a really bad company. Spoiled a birthday present. Terry even states on their website that they deliver in 45minutes. It's a lie. Please don't be taken in by this company. Bad service and Bad customer service. I called at 7pm to let them know flowers had still not arrived and they were closed. I called this morning and they said they would make a note of it. Not even trying to make it right. They also said they don't guarantee delivery.
Bad company. Do not order from them.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery, and thought everything was fine. One hour later, I got a voicemail saying that it couldn't be delivered and my money would be refunded. I called to find out what happened, selecting the "check status" option and was only hold forever. Finally called back and selected the "new order" option. Someone picked up right away! BUT, when I explained why I was calling, I was put on hold again and finally hung up after ten minutes! I just hope I get my money back.

HORRIBLE!

Ordered flowers at 10:30AM because could deliver same day. Received a vm I couldn't understand so called back & was Terry's Flowers. On hold for 15 mins. To hear. "blah blah blah." Me: "ma'am I can't understand anything bc you are talking so fast." Her" G-o-o-d t-o g-o" very sarcastic. Got a call at 3:45 saying they have a question with my order. Called back and told they meant to call a different customer. While on the phone I confirmed my flowers are good and will be delivered today, was told yes. 4:05---text to call. Asked if they can use a clear vase for sunflowers vs the cool tall metal one and that the flowers can't go out today. I am still on hold and it has been 20 minutes. Still being told no way even though they took up my whole afternoon confirming everything is good and will go out at 4pm. DO NOT USE. Besides this issue the customer service was beyond rude.

Not sure this is even a real place. All the reviews are horrible! And I've had the same experience! Order placed at 9am, receive a call at 12pm to "confirm order" so I asked what time was my order expected to arrive and the lady stated before 4pm same day and then I receive a txt message at 2:46pm advising me due to supply issues my order would not be able to be fulfilled. Horrible horrible customer service. Had I been advised this at noon, I would have been able to find another store. I'd also like to note, this place may not be local to your area. Please double check, I just google same day flower delivery and did not do more research, so this is also my fault.

Never Received Refund

HORRIBLE… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered an Easter arrangement April 4,2022, to be delivered Saturday, April 16,2022. I received a text as welll as an e-mail from this company on Friday, April 16,2022, stating that they would not have the flowers available for delivery and that I will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. Today April 25,2022, I called the company to see if the refund was issued. After being on the phone for 30-minutes with this company, I was told I was never charged. I have the proof and will now take this up with my bank. I read the many negative reviews on this company, but thought I would give them a try. My bad!

Unreliable

Ordered flowers and was notified on expected date of delivery that they didn't have the proper flowers. Implored them to send anything similar, because it was a very special occasion. They refused, leaving us empty handed for something that was very important to us. They failed in both communication, and customer service. I wish I had seen their 1-star rating (with over 800 reviews) prior to ordering.

Pathetic

I ordered flowers for my daughter. $72. And the arrangement was half the size it should have been and no where near the flowers that were shown. The response from the customer service was to send me a copy of their substitution policy. Pathetic. Will never order from here again. I would give a 0 star but that is not an option

Can you give 0 stars? This place delivered flowers sub par to grocery store flowers. I also ordered additions to be added to the flowers that were not included in the delivery! Very poor quality! I am embarrassed to say I paid 90.00 for the photo attached. Very disappointing

I ordered flowers from this place for a special friend and a special occasion and I was so upset and disappointed when she sent me the pic of what they delivered vs what I ordered from their picture. Also, it they delivered during dinner time. I called at 4 pm and asked for delivery update and they said they would email when they delivered. Never did. When I saw a picture of what was delivered I emailed and asked what happened. They said sorry, to make it right, we will give you $16 back... When I spent EIGHTY. I said thanks but 1, what happened and 2, why would that amount or any amount correct this situation, They replied with just a bunch of insincere cliche fluff words that they thought would shut me up and go away. DONT SHOP HERE. You have been warned.

I was very disappointed. I ordered an arrangement which had a clear cross. They were out and said they'd use a WOODEN cross. It turned out to be made of paper mache and was squishy. They skimped on the flowers and didn't add color I asked for nor the design I wanted. It was delivered on time. I was very upset. I will not call this shop again!

Not as Advertised…

I sent flowers to a good friend, but what was delivered was not at all what I ordered, nor what was expected. The arrangement was much smaller than the one that I paid extra for ($72). It looked like it cost $12.99. To top it off, the flowers had to be tossed out after only a few days, because of their poor condition upon arrival. This was the second time I tried using this company. Both times I was disappointed. First time, shame on you. Second time, shame on me. Lesson learned. Will not be using nor referring anyone to this business. Buyer beware.

I had great customer service on the phone but despite it, the flowers never showed up. I called and reached out multiple times - first I was told it was still out for delivery and then the next day I called and they said they just couldn't get it done and so they will give me a refund ($96). But when I looked at my credit card statement online, there were two charges. One for $96 and $99. When I brought this us with the florist, they said they only saw one change for $96 so they couldn't do anything about it. I will be disputing the $99 with my credit card company and I'm awaiting a refund for the $96. What a mess just to try to get a bouquet ordered. I should have known this would be a mess when I saw a website (with a Nevada address?) but no location or geotag on googlemaps.

Wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering, $15.99 "transaction fee", flowers delivered the day after, neighbor received them, total mess. Hope this is helpful and you are not reading this after the fact.
