I ordered flowers to be delivered on or by mothers day to my deceased friends mother. Needless to say, they were NEVER delivered. I was hung up twice. I was told they had a problem with supplies and offered a delivery on TUESDAY. UNACCEPTABLE! I wasn't even notified about any issues. I wanted to bring a smile to my deceased friends mother for 3 minutes on Mothers Day and thanks to Terrys it was ruined.
Mother's Day arrangement never arrived. Customer service offered a partial refund for a 100% missing arrangement. Live and learn I will.
I placed an order of flowers to deliver on Saturday the day before mother's day 4 weeks before to beat the rush. After placing the order onilne I called to insure there was no issues with my order and that they can garentee flowers would be delivered on time. "Of course" they said and if they have any issues they would contact me to let me know they wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers. Friday came they charged my card $101.46 yet did not deliver Saturday. No call no text no voice mail. I called Sunday mothers day flowers already a day late to speak to someone. The gentleman in the morning had told me I see your order I will have to check with the driver I will call you back with an update soon. 4 hours past I called again. Was on hold for 30min and finally a lady answered and had said " yes I see you called this morning, we canceled your order and will issue a refund" I told her these are very important I would like for the order to be delivered today. She gave 0 compassion even when I explained to her I live in California my aunt lives in Arizona and her son had passed away. These flowers are my responsibility to make sure she gets on mother's day every year. She said " our supplier is out of flowers and we can't do anything" this is a flower shop right.?! It's mother's day and flowers are on every corner every store and your saying you have no flowers?! This order was placed 4 weeks ago and I have been charged and you tell me a day after they should of been delivered only when I called that you can not complete this order. Don't let this happen to you stay away from this place let my experience save you the disappointment shame on this place terrible business
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Tuesday for delivery on Saturday. Card got charged, but did not receive email confirmation at all, and received phone call Saturday morning that they could not complete order. Totally unacceptable. Where am I going to find someone to deliver flowers for Mother's day with less than one days notice for delivery.
I ordered flowers for my mother several days in advance and called two days later to verify when they would be delivered. My order had been canceled and they didn't have the decency to call me to let me know. I literally had to call another florist the day before Mother's Day to place another order.

I called to inquired what was going on. My first call someone answered and hung up. My second call, I was on the phone for over 10 minutes while they located my order. Once they located it they told me they had to cancel it due to supply shortage. This is unacceptable due to it being the day before mothers day. There was no communication regarding my order. I hade to contact them to see what was going on. When I called I was informed my order was canceled the day before a holiday.
I wish I could leave a zero review. This terrible company cancelled my Mothers Day delivery on the Saturday before Mother's Day, due to not having flowers. What florist doesn't have flowers? Didn't even give me an option to change to different flowers or candy. I ordered well in advance. They even called me Friday night to confirm my order and I asked when it would be delivered and they said Saturday. Saturday at 9am they cancel my order. Very rude.
I ordered flowers for my mother. Terrys says the delivered however she never received. When I advised they asked for 24 hours to come up with a solution. As I see it there is only 2 solutions - deliver the flowers or refund my money... still waiting. Will be calling the bank to dispute charges
Ordered a dozen roses for my mother-in-law's birthday and they called me late in the afternoon of her birthday to tell me they didn't have enough roses so they couldn't do the order. I ordered in advance and paid; they should have checked their stock and told me this at the very least the day before her birthday. I was left with nothing. Poor, poor, poor business. Ordered Mothers Day flowers for mom on Thursday. They texted me Friday and said they didn't have any flowers and I be refunded. Waited on hold for 5 minutes to talk with an employee but the person I talked to was an answering service. Terrys is no longer in my contacts.
They waited until the last minute to tell me they couldn't fill my mother's day order. BY TEXT. They're cowards and wouldn't call me. And they won't even respond to my texts. This was to go to my 86 year old mother in another state and now it's too late to order to anywhere else.
I ordered Mother's Day flowers on 5/2, which is ample time to be delivered for Mother's Day. They called to confirm order on 5/4 TWICE. On 5/5, they called me to tell me they have mo flowers left and cancelled my order.
I have attached a picture of what I purchased on their site - I went with Premium, so it was $139 and supposed to look better than the one in the picture. With tax and a service charge, it came to $165. When I complained, they offered a $70 credit. What I got doesn't even look as good as the ones on their site for $49-55! They tried telling me their policy said colors and flowers would sometimes need to be substituted - get it, but these were roses, and nothing exotic. However, they never bothered to replace the roses! It's all greens. It was for my mother's 80th birthday. It was incredibly embarrassing. I could have bought something at the grocery store for $25 that looked better! They are supposed to be florists.

They call me and leave a message, the day of her birthday, to tell me that they're too swamped with other orders to fulfill my order. Now, it's too late to have another company deliver her flowers for her birthday. Never using them again.

The person taking the call had no idea and said she'd have someone call me back. No one called. No flowers were delivered. I called again and they gave me a refund but it doesn't make up for the flowers never being delivered on her special day. I tried to talk to a manager and that person would not get on the phone nor called me back. Worst customer service ever!
Great flowers but the delivery service is horrific. Anniversary flowers arrived at 8:15 pm on the night of the anniversary. Keep in mind I ordered these 2 full days prior to the delivery date. There is no "Terry" or her "partner". This is a made up site, offshore no doubt as when you call customer service good luck understanding. Bing bong Ching Chong. The actual florist used was 2 minutes from my house. Trouble is Terrys. They are a slipshod company with horrible customer service. Use 1-800 flowers or FTD. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Yeah, same story. What you get is not what you paid for. See the pictures. And it was supposed to be delivered same day, but that didn't happen. One saving grace is it did make it to the correct office, which is not super easy to find.
