DO NOT DO IT. THEY ARE THE WORST! Delivered to the wrong address when it was cut and pasted it was deleted a 1. These people did not care told me that there is nothing they could do. Best thing for people to do is not to use them! I thought this was a local business and thought I was helping a small business. My aunt just passed (sister) of the woman I was sending flowers to and her name was Terry, I guess I really should have looked at all of the bad reviews but I saw this as a sign. God I feel so stupid. This company does not care.

Guaranteed flowers by next day for a funeral. Let me know 12 hours before funeral that they could not fill order. Do not order from them ever. Total scammers.

We missed a very important event and tried sending flowers in advance, terrys told us after the event started that they are unable to deliver. 3 days after they told us they could. They suck and are pathetic

I'd like to give her no stars but I can't. This florist is terrible. We were waiting for a plant for my Dad's services, however the the plant never arrived and she did not call. Her excuse, her supplier didn't have plants after Mother's Day. No call, no I'm sorry, let's substitute. She just canceled the order. Bad service

Do not use this company! Gave them over 24 hours notice to have flowers delivered to hotel for our 20 year anniversary and a NO SHOW! $178 order. Now I look like a jackass to my wife cause didn't honor history with a gift. Thanks Terry's florist

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS

Please please check reviews and PAY ATTENTION. So much for all the wonderful things they themselves wrote about their own business. All a bunch of BS and lies. Unfortunately my florist of 12 years has never once let me down but he does not deliver as far as Rosenberg. I ordered two floral arrangements and upgraded them both the premium statues (extra $20 each) I was assured they would be at the funeral home in time for the visitation at 10am today. My son came home from the funeral and assured me him and his wife had gone through all the flowers and neither arrangement was there. Four hours later at 2pm I got an email wanting to know if they could just deliver them to our house. Ummm that's a definite No! It's now what our agreement was when they gladly took my am ex number and charged my card. I wasted about 45 min online placing the order and it took me four calls today to talk to someone. They kept putting me on indefinite hold and the manager (Terry) never got on the phone. I have now spent another 30 min dealing with them ans writing this review. I asked the girl why they were not delivered this morning as agreed and she said their driver couldn't get them there. This loser company is a joke and sounds like they need new management because apparently the right hand is clueless as to what the left hand is doing. DO NOT read all their BS lies about same day service. They are an absolute joke and obviously don't have a clue about how to run a successful business. I am just so sorry there were two arrangements of flowers that should have been there to express our condolences but they let us down and heck no why would I don't want them at my house. Not what I spent the $ on. Now to contact Am Ex to make sure that charge comes off! This company is an absolute JOKE! Don't you to waste your time trying to get them to do the job you hired them to do! They are an absolute disgrace to the floral industry! I would give them 0 stars if possible! Oh and there are no pics to download since the two arrangements were never delivered! I just wish I would have seen all the other awful reviews before I wasted my time!'

Bad Business

I ordered some red roses "Always In My Heart" and received white roses, nothing close to what I ordered. I called and emailed, nobody ever told me about a substitution. I paid for premium, they charged me 80.00 and said they would refund me 25.00, then they went to refund me 5.00 more dollars... I just wanted the flowers I ordered, they messed up my day and the occasion. I don't recommend Terrys Florist to nobody. Im the victim, they acted like they were the victim.

I placed an order with this company for my Godmother's funeral. First, they told me they were located in Minnesota--which is a total lie. Secondly, I did not receive the flowers I ordered, there was no banner (which I had ordered) and they misspelled my name on the card. They did an FTD to a local florist and told them to make the order for $60 less than I paid them. They are total scammers-I do NOT recommend using this scam company!

I paid 90 $ for flowers to be sent to my mother and the flowers that were delivered were nothing near what I ordered. I also added a box of chocolates to be delivered and those were never delivered. It's impossible to get in contact with them because all the numbers send me to an automated message. Will never purchase from them again This 'service' is a scam.

Bad, Bad, Bad

They advertised same day delivery - not available - then free delivery, great I order a sympathy arrangement and get the confirmation and there is a $15 service fee added - how do you charge a service fee when customer is ordering form YOUR website? The delivery was supposed to be today and they text me this morning saying to bad so sad not happening and yeah I'm getting a refund BUT they cancelled at the last minute! Terrible service never again!

I was supposed to receive flowers for my birthday at the bank I work at. They failed to deliver and are impossible to get in touch with over the phone. On top of that, when you speak to the rep that can barely speak English, you are hung up on. Nice.

Total failure, DO NOT USE South Carolina

Ordered Birthday Flowers on my Amex. They never emailed a confirmation but they sure charged my card. No deliver the promised day, the day after or the day after. Called and had to spend time to get the issue resolved.

Then I look u this place and see where they have spent enormous resources hiding their online reputation and contacts. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TERRY FLORIST.

I ordered flowers for mother's day, they didn't arrive. After I called them, they said it was an availability issue and would refund me. They had already charged me, didn't deliver and didn't notify. It was too late to order elsewhere at that point. They deserve NO stars!

I understand that supply chain problems are impacting everyone, and I am sympathetic. However, to wait until the afternoon before Mother's Day to tell me they couldn't fill my order (which I placed 4 days before) is just bad customer service. I had no time to place an order with anyone else.

Scam and phishing

This is run like a phishing scam. Took all my information promising delivery with no intention of making my delivery. They ran my card as a "temporary hold". Said they left a message but did not send an email telling me about the cancellation. I finally got a hold of someone, and they said "supply issues". Then why were you taking orders. *scam* now they have all my information, the name and address where my delivery was going AND my credit card info. I do not recommend.

Ordered flowers for a colleague and they sent an email confirmation of the order. When the bills came AP asked what card I used because it wasn't billed on my card. I called and they said "due to supply shortages and supply chain issues they needed to cancel the order - they refunded the card the day after the purchase. They did NOT contact me via email (as they had previously) they tried to text a work number (which failed) and they said they couldn't leave a message because they didn't know my extension. Super unhappy with this.
