I called this company and asked them directly if they were a florist local to me. They said yes, and to order using their website. They show pictures of beautiful arrangements, and then send an order to an actual local florist, but with no photo, and a very vague, short description of what to make. When the local florist actually delivered the arrangement to me, she asked me what I actually ordered because she knew of this company and knew of how they operate. I was lied to at the very least, they are not a local florist to me, and told me that they are, and they advertise beautiful arrangements and then send local florists terrible instructions on what to make for customers. You can see below what was pictured on the website, what I received, and the description provided to the ACTUAL Florist was no where near adequate.
I placed an order Tuesday evening for my brothers funeral service, after spending about an hour on the phone with a representative that could not speak or understand English very well, and having to spell family members name, numerous times to make sure that they were correct, we finally got through the order. I ordered 4 different arrangements totaling over $600.00 I was going to be charged an outrageous amount of $25.00 per banner that I declined. All my personal info was given, including credit card info, and was told I would receive a confirmation email.
I never got that and called back Wednesday morning to check on my large order. I talked to another representative, again that could hardly speak English and was told my order was no where to be found. She was to call me back in a half hour after further researching. I never got a return call or response from her.
Truly disgusted I called my Credit Card company to block any charges from your company and called another florist for the flowers, which by the way, waived their charge of $10.00 for the banners.
I would NEVER recommend your company to anyone. It was the worse service at the worse possible time in someone's life.

The website pic is what I ordered and paid $85. The pic is what what my daughter received. I was extremely disappointed. The number of flowers was lower than stated and the vase was not supposed to be a mason jar. They should not be in business.
The delivery was just dropped at the door.

Ordered a dish garden for a sympathy after a passing for a friend. Placed the order on the date to be delivered and was never delivered on this date. When I called they stated it was out to be delivered and needed to check with driver. Then I was informed by email a few hours later that my order was canceled. I'm ashamed I had to give them 1 star. They are definitely scam artists and in several states. Purchased a beautiful Zen planter with orchids and bamboo for a friend. The friend didn't receive what I ordered, instead they received a plain glass vase with cut flowers from another florist. I did some research and they don't have a business in Illinois, they just have a phone front out of Las Vegas.
They took my order yesterday for 90 dollars! Kept calling me adjusting what they could do as far as an arrangement. I said I didn't care, florist choice just get the delivery there. I paid for same day. They didn't deliver it yesterday. They said they would use the supply of flowers available to make an EXTRA SPECIAL arrangement delivered today *a day late* mind you. And then I just got a TEXT message saying they had to cancel the order. I called the number and the woman who answered had her kids in the background, probably farmed out customer service, which is fine but she didn't know anything! Not how to reach a manager, how to make sure I get a refund, NOTHING. I NEVER write scathing reviews but after about 9 phone called and a dozen texts, my credit card billed, and bad service, I am FURIOUS.
I am a first and last time purchaser from Terrys florist LLC. I wish I would have checked them out better. If could give them 0 stars I would. Only being able to do something of this nature one in a while because of living on a budget like alot of people I purchased these to let someone very special to me know how much I appreciate them. To my terrible surprise the arrangement ordered and the one delivered looked nothing alike. I was embarrassed to say I sent these. The customer service answer was to hide behind some fine print of their right to substitute to ensure on time delivery. There were no exotic flowers or anything that could have possibly caused this to happen. I had even spoke to a representative the day of delivery and there was no mention of a need to change the design or even ask me if I wished to either wait if there was a problem or given the opportunity to cancel my order. The arrangement looked like it had been thrown together and some of the arrangement was wilted at time of delivery. Totally ruined surprise at seeing what was delivered. Plus, the lack of this company making it right by offering to deliver the correct arrangement after email's communicating this total dissatisfaction shows they do not care about customer saftsfaction. Taking a few bucks off the bill in no way takes away the disappointment. Do not order from this business. See for yourself, first (1) pic is arrangement ordered (actually ordered next price point up than shown), other (2) two are of what was delivered. Nothing like having to apologize for sent flowers to someone and have to explain they are not what was ordered.

My cousin sent me a picture of the plant I paid $80.00 for his wife's funeeral. It was from our whole family and the amount came to $20.00 each. It was about a $7.00 plant and needless to say, it represented our family poorly. The plant they showed online was about 5 lush plants arranged in a basket and very full and grown and lush. My friend ordered me a $60 arrangement for me to show support during a very difficult time in my life. She was notified that the flower arrangement was delivered and we verified that she had used the correct address. She called customer service and they told her that they can confirm the flowers were hand delivered to someone at my address. This never happened. We all work from home from the main level and nothing was delivered throughout the day. These people will literally lie to your face and have zero intention of delivering the product that the customer PAID for. Everyone should go and report this company as fraudulent.
My family ordered an arrangement for a memorial service.We request a yellow arrangement with with a yellow embroidered sash which we payed extra for. However upon delivery we received a orange arrangement that looked nothing like what we originally asked for not to mention there was no sash. When we sent an email express our disappointment they told us that they would refund us $20 for our $200 dollar order and told us that their policy says that they gave us a replacement seeing as they did not have what we asked for they didn't even call to inform us.And to top it all off we placed the order over the phone and they used the credit number that we gave them to steal $2000 dollars for us. Please never us this company they are scammers and I can almost grantee that you will also be scammed I will be reporting the burrow of better business if I could give a negative review I would however I can't so I hope they appreciate my pity 1 star review.
I placed an order with Terry Florist last week for a friend who recently lost a close family member. I was told that the flowers would be delivered the following day. On the day of delivery I received multiple phone calls to report that they were unable to deliver the flowers that day. I was not offered an explanation as to why. I was told that the flowers would be delivered on the next day. Later that evening I received another phone call stating they were unable to obtain fresh flowers and would be cancelling my order. After agreeing to refund the cost of the floral arrangement, I again received another phone call from the same person to inform me of the same thing that we had just spoken about. It is clear that this company has no idea what they are doing. Customer service was horrendous and they are very disorganized. I find this to be appalling; especially for a business that caters to the needs of people that are grieving. If I would give Zero stars I would. Please save yourself the time and do not order from this company! You will regret it.
Purchased an arrangement for my daughter 2 days before needing it to be delivered to the hospital. I get a text the morning of the delivery that there is an issue. When I called they said that the alstrometia was unavailable and they were just canations I don't like carnations so I told her that... the response was "ok I will cancel the order and you can go somewhere else' not would you like to pick another arrangement? Or a different flower? Those are 2 totally different flowers and would change the whole feeling of the arrangement... and the only number to call is not the store where I thought I was shopping local community but an 800 where I was treated as if my business was unimportant. So much sporting a local business Teleflorist here I come they can deal with the store I'm done!
A friend ordered me some flowers after my father's passing. I got a call from Terry's Florist from a NJ number that someone tried to deliver flowers to me in AZ, but I wasn't home and it was too hot to leave them. I was home all day and no one ever came. They said they would deliver the following day. I assured them I would be home all day and I did not leave the house once. The flowers never arrived. I got a call to say it was too hot, the flowers were destroyed and the sender was refunded. There was absolutely no reason not to deliver them, so I am inclined to think this was just an excuse. My friend had a terrible time communicating with them as she could tell they had not been delivered as promised. We are both disappointed, and this experience made a wonderful gesture even more upsetting in a very painful time. Very unkind and terrible business practice. Terry's Florist sucks.
I called this florist from Corpus Christi, TX. To place an order for an arrangement for a family member's funeral. The order was placed and paid for on the morning of the 20th. To be delivered on the morning of the 21st NLT 0800. These people contacted me today at 1216 only to tell my that the order was canceled due to a supply chain issue, that they were sorry. They could've called yesterday morning and perhaps I could have chosen a different arrangement. Instead, they caused me great embarrassment. I implore anyone to not use Terry's Florist as they are not proactive, they are very unprofessional and lack customer service skills needed to facilitate a positive experience. They should be rated ZERO!
I would give a lower review if possible, and it would take too long to write my experience with this company. This is an out-sourced, third party company that appears to be a local florist in the city one Google's. However, one is directed to "customs service" to place one's order. Customer is in NJ (according to one of the ladies with whom I spoke, but all 3 made me think they may be in another country) while I believe the headquarters/whomever they are, may have a Las Vegas address. They take your order and credit card, only, at least for me, to find out hours later, the order can't be filled. I called my card company and got my money back, but what a frustrating experience. Beware of Patricia's Petals. Same lovely website, same experience! Buyer Beware! These people ARE NOT who they say they are!
First question I asked. "YES" said the woman on the phone who sounded like she is from Singapore or somewhere over that way. 2nd question-" Will this be delivered today?" "yes, no problem.". And then at roughly 5pm, when it's too late to get another real florist to deliver, I get a call after I sent an email, saying "sorry, can't deliver it today"... WHAT A CROCK OF BS. AMPLE TIME SINCE I ORDERED FIRST THING THIS MORNING. A birthday gift basically ruined! I wouldn't use this place again if they had the cure for ACME AND HERPES AND WERE GIVING IT AWAY FOR FREE! Not that I have either of those but you get the idea. Total disregard for customer service and not worth the time to make the phone call or write this review but if it helps someone else avoid the disaster that is "TERRY'S FLORIST" that would be the only good thing to come out of this nonsensical fiasco! How's that for a 15 dollar sentence! Just about what THAT PLACE IS WORTH!
