Wanting to find a local florist for a same-day delivery, I specifically asked for the city in which Terry's Florist is located. I realized later that the salesman gave a misleading answer. I needed same day delivery and he assured me that yes, as advertised, they could make a delivery today. At the end of the work day, I received an email apologizing that their vendor caused them not to be able to make the delivery after all. I question whether he knew at the time of the phone call that it was unlikely. I don't find them trustworthy or reliable.
I ordered Deep in Our Hearts Spray from Terrysflorist on June 24,2022 for my brothers funeral. I was told the arrangement would be in the funeral home June 25,2022- it was not delivered as promised! I called and was told it would be delivered the next day June 26,2022 - when I called to confirm they said they would 'try' to have it delivered. Of course I called them back to cancel the order - I am now on the phone with them and getting a difficult time about the cancellation! I am disputing the credit card charge.!
Dont order from this company. They delivered late - almost 10PM. I called to ask what happened as they say their policy is to deliver no later than 6PM. They said "what do you want us to do about it?" without any sense that is was not an appropriate time to deliver flowers. They are rude and their customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
Advertised as same day delivery available for only specific arrangements. So I pick one for same day, pay and then an hour later I get a text saying they apologize they cant make the delivery and do not have the flowers and it will be tomorrow but designers choice. I call to find out what's happening, there was a "car accident, flowers damaged, issues with flowers in stock" fine, whatever delivery tomorrow, but they will put extra flowers in there for me. Now that I've read all these reviews, I am wishing I had seen them first before making an order today for my friends to receive flowers at home with their new baby. God help me the flowers will be decent tomorrow if that happens. Oh, just got another text while doing this review apologizing for my flowers no longer can be arranged for mentioned for someone else, had to call again and the message was "sent in error". Please say a prayer...
I ordered flowers at (9am) for a funeral which was to take place the following day. The flowers were to be delivered by no later than 10am the following day. Terry's florist promised delivery. No problem we can do this. The morning of the funeral they called me at 930 am to say that they could not complete delivery for that time. Then then asked me if they could deliver it to the home? I said my friend passed away and she is not at home she is at the funeral parlor. UNREAL> THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST. THEY DESERVE A ZERO STARS. DO NOT USE THEM PEOPLE.
I would never recommend this company. I'm out of state and needed some flowers for graduation. If I had the choice I wouldn't even select one start for this company. Why have pictures on your website if you can't accommodate an arrangement even close to the picture on your website? My recipient received something totally different than what I ordered. When I ask for those flowers to be picked up and replaced with what I ordered, I was told sorry. We will refund you $14.99. I was like are you serious right now. I wasn't evening asking for a refund, I just wanted the flowers I ordered to replace the ones that didn't even look like the picture I picked. They cont to say contact our customer service support email or call. I emailed a couple more times when I wasn't getting anywhere, I just told them. I will leave a bad review and HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT USE them. They are not a customer-friendly company to work with.
I ordered a flower arrangement for a retiring coworker. I gave explicit delivery instructions and was promised that the arrangement would be delivered the same day. I later found out that it was delivered 5 days later after the coworker had already left her employment. They were not very sympathetic to my obvious disappointment with their service. Don't believe their same day delivery promise!
I found their customer service to be untruthful. Would not honor the discount coupon their website promotes.
Do yourself a favor and call another florist.
I ordered the Daisy Celebration bouquet and what they sent was a bunch of yellow mums that look like they stopped at a grocery store picked up a bunch and plopped them in a vase. When I called to complain I was told repeatedly I had to send an email and it would be reviewed by management in 24 hours. They would not discuss, they responded to my email saying they'd get back to me shortly. It was more than 24 hours later I sent them another email to which they did respond. You cannot imagine my embarrassment when the recipient sent me a photo of this hideous bouquet they delivered. Cost me 70+ dollars they will refund a whopping $17.49. Of course they said in the small print 'if' they don't have the flowers or the vase available they can substitute. I get that, but this hideous bouquet isn't even close, they didn't even try to make it near what I ordered. They obviously don't care and their customer service sucks save yourself the bother do not order from these people you'll most certainly be unhappy. I've attached a photo of the bouquet I ordered (white daisies) and a photo of what they delivered, the photos say it all…
Despite a guarantee of same-day service and ordering the flowers at 9:30 a.m., I got a note at 5 p.m. that my order would not be fulfilled. As these were for a funeral, this was beyond disappointing. I sent a note asking for a reason and have been ignored. Waiting to see if I get a refund in a timely manner or if I'm going to have to dispute with my credit card company - betting it's the latter.
I ordered the Blooming Meadow Bouquet and instead of a full vase of flowers, there were 3 big flowers with fillers that did not look anything like what I wanted. I'm so disappointed and ashamed to have given this arrangement to my granddaughter. Wish I had seen these reviews first.
I could have picked a few flowers outside and had the same result minus the 60 it cost me!

The arrangement they sent looked nothing like the one we ordered. They filled it with the cheapest filler flower you can find, babies breath. I would NEVER send someone babies breath, especially not for $80.
I ordered a sympathy bouquet with vase to be delivered and not only was the date of delivery not met the flowers I ordered were nothing like what was ordered. I ordered a premium bouquet and what was sent was embarrassing. This company needs to be held accountable, I can only hope others will read this before ordering through them.
Do not order from this company! They are a scam. The flowers we ordered were wilted or dead upon arrival and also, we received 4 flowers in the arrangement instead of the pictured arrangement.

For the money, I specifically ordered and paid for a beige glass plant vase but Peace Lily was delivered in a cheep basket with a cheep red/blue ribbon for a funeral. Not what I ordered - disappointed! LG
They advertise same day delivery, then email you after 2 PM saying they won't be able to deliver until the next day. The flowers haven't shown up yet, but I may add to this after they do.
What you order and what you get will be completely different. I actually got the paperwork that was sent to the actual florist and if is nothing like what is specified on the website or the arraignment that you are ordering. STAY AWAY, and just reach out to a local florist. Advertised flowers vs. the 4 with filler that were received.
