The people who work here should be ashamed of themselves. My parents ordered an arrangement for a funeral. It was supposed to be a dish garden and it came in a little wicker basket, about a third of the size expected. They had the nerve to blame it on corona virus. NEVER AGAIN

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them. Just because they pop up first on Google doesn't mean they're any good!
I ordered flowers for my wife for our 9 year anniversary. One of their popular but simple arrangements. Was told I would be one of the first deliveries in the morning, probably around 9am. Perfect. Around 11am I emailed them to get an ETA. I didn't receive a response until almost 2pm that they had an issue with their vendor and could not fulfill my order. Money would be refunded, blah blah blah.
Now, I understand things happen. My biggest problem was their terrible communication. They could have called me and let me know so I could've made other arrangements.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

HORRIBLE!

I ordered a SUCCULENT arrangement for my brother-in-laws funeral, I specifically asked if they were in season and was told yes. What arrived was lily, in a leaking cracked pot, with burnt leaves. I called and was told to send a picture and they would review it. I sent a picture and told them I would like the correct arrangement sent out as soon as possible because the family service was tomorrow. I got back an email saying they would refund the cost of the plant but not the fees-one of the fees was for service-HORRIBLE SERVICE. So now I am looking for a florist that can deliver what I wanted by tomorrow. I wish I would have read the reviews before I used this company, total bait and switch! This was the Terry's Florist in Lewisville, Texas

Different Arrangements

We ordered a cute little all daisy bouquet with a ceramic pot for a young little lady. She got what I would consider an adult arrangement of daisy's and roses in a standard glass vase. When I brought this up to Terry's Florist Customer service. They didn't apologize and basically said our term of service say we can substitute and I should be grateful for the upgrade. OMG! Don't use this company unless you don't care about what you get.

This is a bait and switch website. They show beautiful arrangements on their site but they send something completely different. I ordered flowers for a cousin who had lost her mother, my aunt. I was very specific about the arrangement being perfect, exactly as it was shown, It included a keepsake angel standing in the arrangement. I paid 111.00 for the deluxe. When I saw the picture of what arrived at my cousins home the day of the funeral I was furious. It was nothing like the one I ordered and there was no keepsake angel. I called, emailed, and called somemore. They finally told me they have a policy that allows them to replace a flower with something else if it's not in stock. This arrangement didn't have a few similar flowers as replacements it was completely different and very unattractive. DON'T USE THESE CON ARTISTS!

This website is a scam. It pretends to be local, while taking your money and sending you an order worth 1/3 - 1/4 the price. They promised same day delivery if ordered by 2 pm, but called and said there was an issue and it would be delivered the next day. It is clearly not local and was using that excuse to ship a pathetic product from who knows where, or have a local florist make a much smaller bouquet while skimming the difference in money off the top and hoping you don't notice. The worst part, honestly, was the NOTE. It says "[X] and Nan, sorry you have had an impact on your lives..." Needless to say, this is NOT what we wrote into the note description. It should have said [X], you and [Y] have had such a significant impact on our lives". Ugh They couldn't even be bothered to copy and paste, and this was addressed to ONE person. Who is Nan? This was a sympathy bouquet which was supposed to be delivered the day of the death. What an embarrassment. The charge will obviously be disputed. See the pictures for expectation vs. reality. Is that a $130 bouquet? If we weren't so flustered with the death, maybe we would have realized this was a scam. They are effectively preying on grieving families.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order finally after a lot of explaining what I wanted. The order that was delivered was not at all what was confirmed. Terrible company! The order itself took 1/2 hour to explain what I wanted and what was delivered was NOT worth the money or close to what was ordered. The arrangement was even on their website! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER order from here. This may be the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a $60 arrangement of flowers and they delivered the wrong order. I called and told them that this was the issue. They told me they had other orders and would need to have someone call me back (I am still waiting). I called five times before I got anywhere. They told me that it wasn't their problem. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

The worst!

This company is the worst... in customer service... in product representation..."local" delivery. This company is scamming people. They will gladly represent a product and quickly take your money. They also add charges without consent of buyer. When addressing the issues once identified, they exude rudeness and sycophantic behavior. They will do anything to avoid a refund. If they do provide a refund, the customer is then subjected to repeated and unwarranted harassing emails. I have submitted this company to the Attorney General's office for consumer fraud; this company represents delivery throughout the country.

Ordered flowers for anniversary gift. Flowers arrived and not even close to the photo and description on website. Called and emailed and got the run around and finally had a response of we sent the flowers you ordered they are just different color. Look at the photos and you decide if you would be happy with the misrepresentation. If so enjoy ordering. Terrible overall service and experience!
