Due to "Covid" I was charged $69.99 (total fees $111) for a premium and received a small! When I called I was informed that I would have to email and send a picture. I did just that to get a reply telling me they can send smaller arrangements and still charge me if they don't have enough flowers to fulfill my order. LIES! They should be ashamed of themselves robbing people of their money. I am going to report them to the BBB and I'm calling my bank for a partial refund! The arrangement I ordered vs what was delivered is nothing acceptable. But somehow they found a way to scam us all! I attached pics of what I ordered. I also ordered a bear and they sent a giraffe! REALLY? Pissed right now is an understatement!

I ordered a $70 PREMIUM arrangement for my neice in Maryland. I live in NY. I placed the order because they had "same-day delivery". Immediately following placement of my order online, someone from Terry's Florist called me stating the delivery truck was not working today and the order could not be delivered. The person I spoke to said I would receive a full refund. That was on 9/4/2020. Today is 10/08/2020 and I have called countless times and NEVER received that refund! Avoid Terry's Florists in Maryland!

Rude, Rude, Rude... they are not a florist... they take the order then have to try to get a real florist to accept what you ordered at a lower amount of money. They don't get the flowers anywhere. They just gather the order then have to send it out. The amount you pay is not the amount the florist gets. Do Not Use...

I did not get what I ordered. I placed an order for my daughter in law called "peachy kean". They sent pink flowers and looked nothing what I ordered. Total scam! Do not use this site!

I ordered from this florist in "Farmington, NM" to deliver flowers for my MOM'S FUNERAL! They had a picture of exactly what she would have love. They did not show up... no flowers for my mother's service. It was horrible. No phone call, nothing to let me know they would not be able to deliver. I called that morning and the rep, Chris, hung up on me. The manager, Michael, said that they did not get the delivery of the flowers I wanted. I asked why they did not call to let me know and I would have taken a different flower. He said they had NO flowers. How do you run a legitimate FLOWER shop with NO flowers. I became upset and the MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME. I was heartbroken and embarrassed to have no flowers for my mother's service... this is beyond a horrible business!

Wrong arrangements

I ordered some pink Rose's and got a total different set of flowers. They won't even have someone who has the ability to get it done right call me and said that I have to pay more for a redelivery

I ordered a ornamental plant arrangement from Terry's Florist In June when things started reopening and I wanted to make sure that I was supporting a local business, well no good deed goes unpunished! They sent the wrong arrangement after telling me that they definitely had the arrangement that I ordered. The people at the shop were always friendly but when I called to make my complaint I was told to email the customer service department, after 3 times of calling and emailing them about my problem and being ignored, I went to my bank and made a fraud claim. I WON! What they did not know about me was that I would have settled for a gift card or partial reimbursement but instead I had to fight since they were not returning my calls or emails and got all my money back, it was nearly $100. For a medium Peace Lilly plant that I could have bought at Walmart for $13.00. Too bad t his company is so poorly managed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Fraud

The flowers I ordered were nothing like what was pictures in the website. It was pathetic and not worth half the money I spent. Terry's response to my complaint was a discount if $18.74 off $101 order. I requested a new bouquet and they ignored me. You will not get what you order and they don't back up their product. Embarrassed by what they sent to my friend for her birthday. Made me look cheap.

Terrible service. They proudly proclaims one day delivery. That is not true! My daughter in Texas ordered flowers for her sister in Vermont. They were never delivered dispute my Daughter calling serval times today. I finally called at 8pm and was told they were trying to locate driver. I suggested that he probably was in bed by now. I had her track the order. Took a long time and she finally came back with the excuse that he didn't have the street number. I asked if he was still circling the block. W Rutland is a small village. If he had stopped at any business or residence they could have told him. Telephone E numbers were provided. Apparently he chose to continue to circle. This Flower company had the numbers to call and didn't gave. Ague reassurances about the delivery. Also please read their policy. They share all your financial information with third parties. Probably make more money from that then the nonexistent flowers. Save yourself disappointment and use a reputable Florist service

Wrong flowers

In lieu of the $85 Bouquet I sent to my Daughters on their fathers passing, they not only worded the card wrong, but sent a $25 Birthday Bouquet. Then only offered me a credit of $25. Its like a slap in the face to my Daughters.

Worst Florist

Ordered flowers for next day delivery. Called late afternoon on the day of delivery to inquire the status of the delivery and was told the order was cancelled due to the fact they did not have the flowers to fill the order! You would think a phone call or email asking if I would like to chose another arrangement would be the right thing to do but NO they just canceled without any notification. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They also take your money and you have to wait 2-5 business days to get your money back. Total Scam!

My husband ordered a $175 floral arrangement for our 38th wedding anniversary. He said make it big and impressive. They sent 2 small dime store glass vases with 6 roses each and no other flowers. Why would you send 2 bouquets exactly alike to the same person with the anniversary message written twice? PLUS this arrangement is advertised on their web site for $55. They sent 2 and charged $175. When he called to complain he was told he got a same value substitution! I could have bought this in the grocery store for $25! These people are out to rip you off. Save your money. Find someone you can trust!

Do not purchase from Terry's Floral. I purchased a bouquet and balloon for my daughter's birthday, who had recently moved to Reno for college and it was her first birthday away from home. The bouquet delivered was NOTHING like what was ordered and the balloon, that was paid for, was not delivered. Terry's refused to refund me for the balloon, and said the arrangement delivered was of equal value to the arrangement ordered. For $85 my daughter received a $7 grocery store bouquet stuffed in a vase. They are crooks!

I ordered a bouquet for a friend in the hospital. I am in Colorado, she is in Hot Springs. She did not receive a bouquet even close to what I ordered, it did not have the flowers or the colours from the photo. I had also ordered a balloon with it which didn't come. NO CONTACT delivery means they don't even call to let anyone know it is dropped off. A woman just happened to see it down stairs and recognised the name. It has been there a long while.
Terrible customer service! They said they upgraded the bouquet because there was not balloon. The bouquet was not an upgrade!

Don't buy from this florist

Terry's Florist in Ecru MS tacks on a $15 service fee that is not mentioned on web site. When I questioned them about it she said it was hazardous pay because of the virus and that it was for their overhead charges like upkeep to the building, and utilities! I am pretty sure this is illegal for them to charge. I have reported them to the state of Mississippi and they are investigating. Had she just returned my $15 I would have forgotten about it. I have all the correspondence she and I exchanged and have turned that over to the investigating agency. She needs to be shut down!

Misrepresentation

Wow what an idiot I am for not looking at these reviews before placing my order. Again they do not provide what you order. I spoke with the local florist that delivered the product and they stated the order was for red/white roses and greens valued at around $50. I ordered a Autumn Amore bouquet valued at $75. So not only do they not bother to give you the correct product, they take 30 per cent of your order value in addition to the $14 service charge. So not only is this misrepresentation, it likely represents internet fraud and should be be federally investigated for interstate / internet fraud. I bet there are multiple federal laws violated by this sham company.

False advertisement

False advertisement I order (it's a five bouquets)with deluxe additional$10 $49.99. =$59.99. The picture is not even close to the one I paid for. Bad management, bad customer services. I will never ever use this company again. See below pictures
