As with others (wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering anything from these people, I also thought this was a local florist. Having spent what I considered an overcharge at best, what was delivered was the poorest item you could imagine. The basket of flowers I ordered was expensive, but lovely. What we got was a $10 - $20 bouquet in a glass vase that I have seen at Wal-Mart. Totally worthless in my book.

I ordered a Bold and Beautiful cube arrangement for my sisters birthday and was shocked to see that the delivery didn't match the order at all. Some cheap vase with a ribbon tied around it. The flowers were supposed to be warm and colorful and they give her white flowers with four different colored roses.
What's even more disappointing is I asked that they fix the situation and they send me 3 pages of their Terms & Conditions to let me know they can make any substitution they want. Available today? What a rip off!

I paid $70 for a specific bouquet. All yellow and white bouquet with daisies, lilies and white fillers. My mother in law got a downgraded, in my opinion, bouquet full of red roses, yellow/orange daisies and green and purple flowers. Not ONE flower in her bouquet was the same as the ones I ordered. I wanted 2 colors and what she got was tacky and completely different. They also spelled my daughters name wrong on the card. The photos are of the bouquet I paid for and what I got.

What a Scam!

I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan and I called Terry's Florist in Ohio to create a floral arrangement for a funeral that ended up costing me almost $200.00. Terry's florist did not do what they said you were going to do regarding my order. When I called Terry's florist to create an order, I was told that the florist designer would come in early the next morning and use fresh cut flowers to create my order. They were also supposed to send me a picture of the arrangement before it went out. Neither of the requests were done. Terry's called Murphy's florist instead and asked them to create the order and deliver it. I had already called Murphy's florist directly and ordered a separate floral arrangement. Therefore, Murphy's ended up creating 2 floral arrangements for me. I felt I was scammed into thinking Terry's was a legitimate florist and Terry's florist was going to do the work and send the picture. The Terry's Florist website shows 2 ladies creating floral arrangements. What a SCAM! I don't want to penalize Murphy's florist by not paying for the order (they did their job), but Terry's florist was not honest and took my money. I will never use Terry's again and will post their deceitful practices online for everyone to see, so hopefully they will not get scammed by a so called 'Terry's florist'. I didn't know this was the manner in which people can be taken advantage of when they are dealing with funeral arrangements. The person I spoke with on the phone to take my order had an foreign accent? Shame on Terry's Florist!

Found out too late they already have horrible reviews, but in my case totally missed an important birthday and were abysmally unhelpful in trying to located the boquiet, balloons, and chocolates.

Scam

My mom ordered flowers from them. What was ordered was nothing like what we received. We contacted them and they said that availability was limited because of Covid. They sent their terms and conditions that say they can substitute. My mom paid for a deluxe bouquet (Peachy Keen). We got a basic one (see pictures).

Absolutely atrocious customer service. They delivered the wrong bouquet that was completely unacceptable. AND they wouldn't send the right one to correct the mistake.

Bait and switch

I thought I was ordering from a local florist (I am out of state). NOPE. Somehow they represented they are in Hyde Park NY, but they are not.
When I saw photo of my "premium" arrangement I was appalled; the arrangement wasn't even close and hardly looks "premium". I did not want an all white arrangement! I would never have accepted the change.
The handwritten note was NOT accurate and substituted the word "memories" for "momentous"
had thought to read reviews before using these ripoffs.

This place is a scam. Don't trust them. They will charge you for this gorgeous arrangement and do a switch on the last min. Avoid at all cost. I wanted to order from a local florist but I wish I ordered from an online place instead. I paid for a deluxe update for this?!?! Do you think this is worth the money? If the site doesn't have a social media or located in google that is a HUGE RED FLAG. I should of followed my gut.

The worst... stay away!

Paid 100 dollars for an arrangement to be delivered to a hospital. The hospital never received flowers and Terrys Florist was willing to do nothing to try to find out what happened. I was on hold for 45 minutes and they never called back and when I finally got the manager the said there was nothing she could do. The worst

I ordered 2 items for a wake which was only for 1 day, 2 hours and was very specific about that when ordering. I was assured they would be there on time. Needless to say, nothing had arrived. I called and was on hold for a very long time before a rude woman told me to call back in an hour, as she couldn't locate the driver. I asked her to call ME back, as the wake was only 2 hours. She said OK but told me to leave my line open (really). One item finally arrived and it was not at all what I ordered. I canceled the other order as it was already 1 hour later. After sending a picture I was told according to their policy, they made a comparable substitution. Horrible customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. They are basically scammers. Don't fall for the free delivery scam. They make up for this with other fees including an extremely high service fee. I know a lot of people like me suck it up and spend a little extra money for the convenience of ordering online and same day/next day delivery, but i would have never ordered from this company had I known my mom was going to receive a cheesy looking bouquet in a 2 dollar looking vase from the Dollar Store. Her arrangement for her 65th birthday looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised. BEWARE... You will wish you didn't spend all of your money on this so you could buy another arrangement at a highly reputable flower shop. You'd probably spend less for an arrangement elsewhere and get exactly what you ordered. If you buy from them, don't say i didn't warn you.

I ordered a European Garden Bouquet yesterday for a friend. The picture of the flowers i ordered had her favorite, lilies and sunflowers.

Today she sent me a picture of the flowers sent and they had roses. I didn't want to send roses because I know she isn't a fan of roses at all.
Thanks for letting me its my fault because I didn't read the terms and conditions. Also thanks for letting me know i was tricked into thinking it was a local florist shop.
Of course you are located in Nevada where laws for a con artist are perfectly legal.
You miss lead people into thinking your local, you miss represent your adds for the products you are selling, and you sneak a book of b. S. to keep people from getting their money back.
Unfortunately we can't give zero stars for this review. Lord knows you don't deserve the one star.

Complete SCAM florist!

I ordered flowers for a funeral and they NEVER were delivered! Called three times and no one was ever able to find any answers as to why. They did not offer a refund. TOTAL SCAM!

Do not trust this company

I spent $80 for an arrangement that depicted lilies and roses. It was beautiful on the website but that is not what was delivered. The recipient received lilies and red carnations. Who pays that kind of money for carnations. Aren't carnations associated more with bereavement? When discussing this with the company, I was basically informed that they have the right to substitute flowers and used COVID as the excuse. They should have told me directly so that I could make a different choice. Your key flower (rose) is not available but the costs is the same. Do Not Trust this Company to deliver flowers to your loved ones if at all possible. Extremely offended...

This business should be shut down. They misrepresent their products and delivery procedures. One of the below photos is what was ordered and one was what was received. Not even close. I ordered the arrangement a week before the delivery date to give them time to put the arrangement together as ordered. They even failed with the promised delivery protocol. My friend did not get a phone call or even a doorbell ring. They left the flowers on her door step with no notice. I had to call her to ask if she got a package. Thus ruining the surprise. Do not order from this place!

Thought i was dealing w a fam owned biz in st pete do have flowers delivered to a friend there, rep took my credit card, said it would be delivered by noon EST ( i live in LA), and said the driver will text me once delivered, i call sat morning for status, took 5 min to get a rep, then i find out im in call center in jersey! She barely spoke english, order just went out 2:30EST, and i have to call back to verify order was received, they not only lied about the service, but cant even send an email notification order delivered. Ridiculous, stay away- another internet scam- pissed :(

My mom ordered my husband and myself the Romance bouquet for our anniversary. She could have bought a better bouquet at Trader Joe's for less than $10. There were no roses but substituted carnations and the bouquet was quite a bit smaller than picture. Buy direct from floral shops and don't use these 3rd party businesses! They are a scam!

My Mother in Law ordered an arrangement for a funeral and it was embarrassing what was sent instead. When you complain they tell you that they are Covid 19 Inpacted and that their substitution is adequate replacement for what you ordered. REALLY? What about the consumers being COVID 19 impacted financially and spending their hard earned money and being ripped off? Shameful!
