Terrible service. Ugly flowers expensive
What my mother received. What I paid for fraud company
I would never recommend
And they won't make it right
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE TOTAL SCAM... My order never got delivered and was charged. The guy handling the orders over the phone is useless and should be fired,
Ordered flowers for anniversary - paid for them on line - flowers were never delivered and so far no refund.
My mom saw a gorgeous bouquet online called the Bountiful Blooms bouquet. She was excited and wanted to surprise me for my birthday. Unfortunately, it was on Terry's Florist website, which explains it all. They should really be ashamed of themselves. $80 for a cheap bouquet of mostly filler? Not only that, my mom ordered that specific bouquet because it was very autumn looking. They instead replaced it with pastel pink. How is this even close to fall colors? Never again. Please, don't order from them. You'll get something 100% different than what you ordered.
Also, she contacted customer service, and got 3 pages of "substitution" policy papers. Horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible human beings. Karma's a b**** and it's coming your way eventually, Terry's Florist.
Ordered flowers for a funeral and was promised delivery by 1pm. Flowers never arrived at the funeral home. They were delivered to a family member that the driver looked up on facebook. I called the florist and was offered $15 back for my troubles but I said no they should refund the entire amount since they didn't get them to the funeral home or the appropriate family member. Fyi, the picture I received from the family member of the flowers was not what I ordered. I was put on hold for over 40 minutes... This situation is still pending at this time.
Since florists offers next day service, I called Terry's the day before for next day delivery service. She guaranteed the arrangements would be there before 2, not only did it not get there as promised but wouldn't arrive for another 4 hours! I could've literally went to work gotten off and delivered them MYSELF! I called more than 5 times for delivery update but al she said was it was ensure. The arrangements themselves was not as expected either, TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. For the money I paid, could have done much better myself! NEVER AGAIN! When I asked for my money back she would not return it stating delivery was already in progress. She stopped taking my calls, as they kept going to voicemail.
I ordered a deluxe bouquet which is the one always pictured on the site, they omitted at least two different types of flowers, most importantly the blue ones on a bouquet called "BLUE brilliance "! Shame on you.
I was in a pinch and attempting to order an arrangement (Cross on a stand) for my cousin that passed away & wanted to get the flowers delivered ASAP, so I saw this site and thought "Awwh Perfect-Same day delivery", Ordered the flowers & went to get prepared to go to the wake-excited about seeing the arrangement, knowing the Family would Love the Thought & gesture. I received a call about 3 hrs later, telling me "We don't have the material in to make the item, your money has been refunded back to your account", NO we can substitute the item for something else, or we can upgrade your item and make sure it is delivered in a timely manner". I've NEVER encountered a "Business" who doesn't have a backup plan or alternative solution. THINK before you pick this place if you are in need of flowers with a quick delivery-read the reviews & then make a sound decision, Something in Denmark smells bad if they got this many complaints. GO TO ANOTHER FLORIST.
Guess I should have read the reviews before ordering. Flowers were not at all like the picture I ordered from. Using a "service fee" tacked on at the end while advertising free delivery, seems a little sneaky.
DO NOT ORDER!
I have not heard back from my recipient of what the flowers look like yet- but reading these reviews I have a feeling it will not come as I ordered. I wish I would have read these reviews first. It should have been a HUGE RED FLAG to me that there are not reviews posted on their website or even through Google, I had to hunt to find this! I am most frustrated and upset at the fact that their "sale" prices are competitive prices through other florists and that they have hidden service fees that are not applied until AFTER you submit your order. $14.99 was added to my order AFTER I submitted the order! I only chose them because I was working quickly, and I saw the free delivery, I am upset at myself for not taking the time to research and read reviews. I will never be using Terry's Florist ever again and will NOT be recommending to anyone. I am reaching out to customer service, but based on reviews on here I imagine that will be fruitless.
Living out of state, I purchased flowers for a friend's graduation thinking I was using a local florist but they were not a local florist. The floral arrangement purchased was not what arrived, not even close. It appeared to be flowers purchased at a supermarket and put in a vase. It was truly embarrassing to see what was delivered. See the photos.
Terry's Florist also included an unexplained ‘Service Fee' of $14.99, a charge more than 20% of my order.
When asked for a full refund, they provided a odd amount of $17.49, with no explanation. I paid $89.88 in total for very little. Terry's Florist has mastered how to provide piss poor service.
I ordered the "Exotic Grace" arrangement which had Bamboo, Birds of Paradise, Green Ti Leaves and Lilly's which totaled over $110. What was delivered was completely different... Orchids... probably picked up from Costco or some other cheap store. Do not use this company. They work remotely then outsource to their "affiliates". Your order will not be what you think you are ordering. I hope this review can help save someone else from being manipulated and deceived. I also will be reporting them to the BBB and FTC. For anyone reading this or for those who have a similar experience please write a review and let others know. Terry's Florist needs to be exposed and taken out of business.
I found them thru" Flowers by Leroy" website. They took my money but the arrangement that was sent was not the picture. When I e-mailed them - they said it was a substitue. I will never use them or anyone with them again. I give them a minus 1. The first is what I got - the second is what I ordered.
WOW is all I can say! I have never experienced such poor customer service form a retailer that did not deliver on aproduct1 I orderd deluxe flowers this week in a basket arrangement and received a standard bouquet in a vase! I specifically ordered the basket so I could place it on my MIL grave, I could have ordered any arrangement in a vase! I sure wish I had read the reviews. As with others I believed I was ordering local and supporting small businesses during this time. They totally misleed you, do not offer any solutions and do not follow up on emails. No empathy from the manager Mike that I spoke to and of course he referred me to the "substitions" terms and conditions. I challenged him and of course hightlighted I would be taking further action - he disconnected the call. I will be reporting to the BBB for sure and if you experienced this from this compaony you should too! Totally a scam!
They delivered 2 days after I placed ordered after being promised next day delivery. Then they delivered to wrong address. The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the ones I ordered. Horrible arrangement.
Purposefully ordered via phone so I could discuss my order specifications. Spoke with Mariell to order "Blooms of Beauty" (Deluxe) with a minor enhamcement to add Fall leaves and orange alstroemeria, as was also noted in my receipt. Never knew they weren't the actual "hometown" florist (but obviously found out after delivery, they were a call center.) Flowers received were nothing close to my $89.99 order! As you will see in the photos, they looked like a spring arrangement in a white basket, vs. the depicted ordered arrangement in a vase. Very disappointed and embarrassed with what my Aunt received. Contacted customer service the very next day, to receive an abrupt reply from Anna, indicating their policy of substitution and the value of my delivered arrangement was appropriate. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and frustrated with their lack of service and extreme poor quality of product. Would NEVER recommend using Terry's Florist. They are misleading consumers. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau.
Ordered two premium arrangement. Was speechless when they were delivered. Printed off copies of what I ordered and tried to match them up with what was delivered, I could not do it. I ordered bright fall colors, bright yellow and orange I got rust colors not a bright color to be had. Called and talked to manager and her answer was they were giving me a credit of $14.00 on a $240.00 order with no explanation of why I did not get close to what I ordered. DO NOT USE TERRY'S FLORIST Serving Pipersville PA
I paid for a lovely bouquet of flowers (Meadow Blooms) to be delivered and they delivered something entirely different. Only 1 sunflower was as described. There were no roses, or any of the other flowers in the description, and half of it was fillers. Not at all pretty. They credited me with about 1/3 of the cost because they saw how lame it was, which meant I still paid $54 for an ugly bouquet.
Don't shop here!
My Mom ordered an expensive flower arrangement online from Terry's Florist in McKinleyville, CA. They never delivered the flowers and said they were running low on them when she called to inquire. This is a scam and she is now contacting her credit card company to report them. These people are disgusting and should be shut down. These flowers were going to a family member who just had brain surgery! I can't imagine anything lower than that.
I googled florist in N. Andover Ma. I called this place asked several time if they were an actual florist in town. I placed an order they said could be delivered same day. Paid, hung up and then phone call they didn't have a driver. Next day I called to make sure these were young 1 Kona as out, assured they would get there. My friend has been struggling a little lately and I needed these to get there. They never arrived, I called the next day and was told no one was home. A lie because she is teaching from home and the kids have school at home. They did deliver the flowers and they were nothing like I paid for. She was happy but they are a call center and send orders out. I will never ever order from here again. I would never recommend them and if they weren't so unscrupulous should have let me cancel my order on day 2.
Answer: Scam - product received not as shown. Uses COVID 19 as the reason for poor quality product at a shocking price.
Answer: Legit but they only send what they want. The descriptions are lies.
Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
Answer: It's a scam, not even based anywhere. It is a call center. I lost 107.77.
