I purchased flowers for my grandmother and got scammed. I payed for "as seen" and the flowers that arrived looked terrible. When I talked to customer service they said read the terms and conditions which I did and replied to them. They did not answer until I went to the company that delivered the flower. I would not recommend to anyone. This place should be shut down. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I had ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a Memorial service for a co worker. I even called they place and awkward young man helped me pick out flowers because I was trying to stay within a budget. I placed the order over a week ago to be at the memorial before 11am service. They called me the day of the memorial AFTER the 11am time telling me that their flower deliver didn't come and that they didn't deliver the flowers. Completely uncalled for!
Save yourself some time and order from a real florist.
Looked like someone went into their cupboard, pulled out an ugly mug, and stuffed it with weeds from the yard. Obviously - this is a company that could care less about staying in business.

I hate to write negative reviews; however, in this case I really feel the need to do so. This is not a local florist and the website is misleading. This is simply a conglomerate website that takes orders for flowers. In my experience, the flowers I ordered were not even made up and I was not notified at all. They are simply "order takers," and I have learned my lesson with websites such as this. In the future, I will simply call on local florists where I wish to send flowers and deal with them directly. These order taking websites really hurt local florists who do the work but are not paid for their work. Please think twice before you use this website for ordering flowers. Thank you --

This is the worst florist in Fouke AR. They do not know how to arrange flowers. They do not contact you if they cannot fulfill the order they just do what the want. What was delivered I could have gotten at my local grocery store that would have looked fuller for have the price. They are a rip-off just saying find someone else to arrange your flowers. THEY DO NOT CARE. The worst beware

I paid over 100.00 dollars for dead roses! They don't even look like what I ordered. Please don't waste you time with them! I gave them a chance to fix the problem and they are not responding!
My flower were to be delivered on Thursday Morning in time for viewing. The color should have been Red and White but it was pink and white. This was for a male. I was so embarrassed that this happened. I will never used them again. Customer service was horrible I called three times trying to get a receipt and to be notified when the flowers was delivered. I finally got a receipt by I didn't get a picture of the flower nor did I get a call.
I had ordered flowers for a friend of mine to be delivered on Saturday, October 31st. First of all she didn't get them until Wednesday, November 4th. There were a lot of people there that day. They were just left on her front porch and tipped over. They also missed spelled my name after I spelled it for them. I'm so disappointed in the service I received for the price I paid. I would not recommend them to anyone.
My college student daughter ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers for her grandmother using her own money and initiative. She was determined to use a local florist and ended up on this website. A flower arrangement of 4 roses and 3 delphiniums and a carnation was a paltry arrangement. When she complained the response was that the arrangement conformed to their substitution policy in their terms and conditions. There was no substitution- there just weren't enough flowers. Don't be scammed by this middleman.
I just received flowers for my anniversary however what my husband ordered and what i just received are not even close to the same bouquet. When I reached out to Terry's flowers about the issue they simply told me that substitutions were allowed due to COVID. Not sure how covid comes into play with flowers. I can understand sometimes the flower substitution happens, however the vase wasn't even close to the same. My husband purchased it because he liked the vase and I didn't even receive the right vase. The picture online even says "as shown" so if you could not replicate that then why are you selling that arrangement. Talk about false advertisement. Not even a curtiosity call because of the vase substitution was made. I have included the picture of the arrangement purchased, the arrangement received, and the email confirmation that clearly states "as shown" in terms of what was being ordered. Be ware when ordering from Terry's flowers that what you order and pay for will probably not be what is received.
I have placed an order days before the flowers were supposed to be delivered, giving them plenty of time, and it has not been delivered and this is the day after it was supposed to be delivered. When I called on the day of delivery, they told me they would call me back and never did, I called the day after (today) and they told me to call back again. Will never order from them again.
My flowers were never delivered and an email or call was never made to me letting me know. I called them the day after they were supposed to be delivered and they put me on hold forever and then tried to tell me the truck they were on had broken down, but that they would be going out today. Didn't even bother to tell me! Or apologize for that matter. I had them cancel and am going with Longmont Florist who is ******* times better.
WORST experience with this florist in Ft. Worth, TX! Paid Premium price ($100) for arrangement I could have gotten at the grocery store! I spent 15 minutes on the phone begging for something special for my dear friend. I have never ordered Premium before (can't afford) but this occasion really warranted it. I am so upset! I emailed them with picture and their immediate reply is due to Covid 19 we can't do anything about it.
Horrible experience. Ordered flowers to be delivered- 2 days prior to the date I wanted them delivered. 5pm on delivery day- no flowers. When I called to check the status the woman asked if I had gotten an email or call from them. When I said no, she hung up on me. I called back and the next woman told me the flowers I ordered were not available so they cancelled the order. I asked why I wasn't notified so I could choose something else. She had no response. I asked to speak w a supervisor and was told someone would call me back. 2 weeks later- still haven't heard from them. I was issued a refund- but that's not the point. I wanted my mom to have flowers delivered on my dads bd since he just passed. I wanted her to know we were thinking of her- and they ruined it.

THEY ARE A SCAM! My sis in law ordered flowers for me for same day delivery and I haven't seen them yet, nor will they refund her money! When you call, they say they'll check into it and put you on hold... and Never Come back!
I called Terry Florist to make sure that they were located in a certain area of Florida. They are listed under area florists in Wimauma Fl. They stated that they were in the area. Not the case. They do not have a floral store any where near the area. What I ordered was not delivered. They state free delivery. On your invoice they show "0" for a delivery charge however, charge a service fee of $14.95 that doesn't get mentioned until your payment screen. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
I ordered the arrangement on the right. Here's the description on their website: "That special someone won't be able to take their eyes off this fabulous bouquet... or their mind off you. Lavender roses, lavender stock and lavender daisies combine with purple alstroemeria and purple tulips in a purple passion vase." The photo on the left is what was actually delivered. Not a lavender or purple flower to be seen. And certainly nowhere near the size or number of flowers as portrayed online. When I questioned them about it, I got what it seems like they're telling everyone. That they have the right to make substitutions. I get they may not have the EXACT flowers shown but they really didn't have ANY purple or lavender flowers in the shop? Or maybe a purple vase? I got green, pink and yellow flowers in a clear vase with a red ribbon! Would NOT use them again.
Flowers were never delivered. They are like a 1800flowers.(wanna be). They are a go between and charge an extra $14.50 service fee. Customer service is a joke.(expect to be talking to Pakistan). I ordered flowers Tuesday for same day delivery and here it is Friday and still no flowers for a dear friend in the hospital. They say they will refund my money. I will wait and see.
