I ordered a specific live plant arrangement for a funeral. I ordered it specifically so that the plant could live on well into the future.
What I found out that the my loved one received was a spring bouquet - totally inappropriate! They blamed the substitution on Covid. What a copout. No attempt to contact me to see what I might like to substitute.
I could go to Home Depot and get African Violets. The customer service I received was very poor just an email with their substitution policy.
No apology or any attempt to make it right. I will never use Terry's Florist ever again and will tell everyone I know how terrible their customer service is.

Not delivered until evening after the office where it was supposed to be delivered was closed. My daughter got a call to meet the driver. Not the way this is supposed to work. I called to check why the arrangement hadn't been delivered and got hung up on three times... I could go on but why... don't use this place. They lie and don't deliver. They do take your money.
I don't think this business is anywhere but online. They actually told me Safeway was delivering?
BUYER BEWARE: This florist charged me additional fees after I placed an order and provided my cc in good faith. When I called to inquire about the additional charged, I was told they would refund it. I was placed on hold for an exorbitant amount of time only to be told they would not refund the extra 15.00 they charged me after the fact because the order had been delivered. They straight up lied to me, and then told me I could not speak to the owner because they didn't know who he/she was. Who works for a company and doesn't know the owner. I will pursue this in small claims court. In a time where the entire country is suffering from a pandemic, and you decide to do something nice from someone and shop local - only to be duped and scammed.
You submit payment then they call you and tell you they cant deliver on time then say theyll refund you. When you ask for a refund confirmation they LITERALLY just hang up. Scam.
I order my mother a flower arrangement and the flowers she received weren't close to the ones I ordered. They charged my card 5 times the cost of the flowers. I was so embarssed of the flowers she received.my 3 year could of made a better one. I called to complain and of course after reading all the complains on the website there all the same complains. This place is horrible they should not be in business they suck at their job they're liars and they don't even try to fix their mistake please people don't waste your time and money on this low lifes
Do not order. They charged me a service fee without prior notice, then charged sales tax (there is none is Oregon) and then they informed me that they did not deliver on the date (they had notice). Use another service
Like every other review on this florist, I was scammed into thinking I was using a local florist and purchased a bouquet *and upgraded to deluxe* that looked nothing like what was delivered. I chose a "fall bouquet" with sunflowers and roses specifically for the sunflowers. The bouquet they delivered didn't have a single sunflower. It had one random lily and a bow stuck in the middle of the vase. Its like they ran out of flowers so they stuck a bow and a bunch of leaves in a vase. I always have better luck with local florists and somehow this place represents themselves as local. Now that I research, I can see that they are definitely not local and it's an internet scam. Like everyone else, my many emails demanding the correct bouquet be delivered have gone unanswered. They said they would give me a $29.99 refund but I won't hold my breath for that. Please see what I ordered and what was delivered. I've never been more embarrassed of a gift I've sent.
My cousin Jennifer Jill Davis ordered a sympathy plant with purple violets and butterflies in a basket with purple ribbon. (Picture below) she also ordered an angel statue that was to be 12" tall with a pink ribbon around it. These were 2 seperate items purchased and were to go to 2 different people.
After they called her twice because there was a problem with her order, and they asked her to call them. Both times she called back and was asked for her order number, which she did not have be cause they never sent her a confirmation email. She was told they couldn't do anything without her order # and she said you called me and they miraculously found the order.

This company is horrible, no such thing as " day of" delivery. Always an excuse. DO NOT use this company. I would give them ZERO STARS if I could.
I placed and order for a beautiful sympathy arrangement that was shown on Terry's website. They said they would deliver it that day. I received a call saying the truck broke down and the delivery would be sent out the next day. For my inconvenience that would make the arrangement even more beautiful. The next day the recipient sent me a picture of the flowers. They were TERRIBLE AND EMBARASSMENT. It looked like something I could but at the nearest grocery store. Come the find out Terry is just the middle man and the florist who actually sent the flowers was totally unaware of what I had ordered and followed the instructions given to her by Terry. The poor florist who actually sent the flowers was mortified when I call her and told here what happened. She did make it right by sending out another bouquet.
Bottom line DO NOT USE TERRY'S FLORIST. I RECOMMEND FACET FLOWERS WHO MADE THINGS RIGHT1
Best friends Father passed in Bossier City Thursday. I'm in AZ and Friday googled local flower shop. $80 bouquet, $20 fees. Seemed ok and standard, ordered a blue and white mix. Received voicemail Saturday stating can't fulfill order because they "don't have flowers". 3 to 5 business days for refund.

I randomly selected your firm in an online search and placed an order for one of my client's birthday. I ordered the day before needed and was assured it would arrive on time. When it had not by 3 pm I called the service number and was told by an indifferent "service provider" that my order was in act out for delivery. I asked where the florist was located that was making the delivery so as to gauge the time. I was told it was their same town. Lie! As of 9 am the next day its still not there. I called again and learned it had never been made! Birthday ruined, embarrased, FURIOUS!
I ordered flowers with stuffed bear and box of chocolates for my aunt. The bouquet I purchased was: Today and everyday'. I got a text stating the bear and chocolates were not in stock, but they were going up grade my order to a premium. When my aunt got the order of flowers, it was a completely different arrangement with hardly any flowers in it. Bunch of leaves. I emailed them to complain. No apology from them, other than telling me to read the contract as it states they can change arrangements if none are in stock. They didn't even bother calling me letting me know the flowers I purchased were not in stock and they were going to put another arrangement together. The picture is what was delivered. If you go to their website and look for Today and Everyday, you will see its not close to the same. Hardly any flowers to it. It was not worth the $70.
Terry's Florist sends orders out to third-party vendors (which is fine), but what you need to know is that they do not provide any type of photos to the florist of what you are choosing, and even though they ask for your contact phone number, they do not provide your contact information to that florist. This information was provided to me directly from the florist who made the arrangement. I ordered a product for my sister for her birthday and it was not even close to what she received. When I contacted Terry's Florist today, the response was Covid-19 and their substitution policy. I'm all for a substitution of a flower not available, but not a complete substitution of the order in a completely different color pallet. Despicable way to do business. Never again. Contacting the Better Business Bureau. The light-colored photo is what I ordered. The fall color is what we got.
Here's a follow up of the pictures on their website vs the pictures of the flowers they delivered. Keep in mind that I was charged $20 extra for a deluxe bouquet. Please let me know if the delivered flowers matches what was advertised?
They charge me $95 for these roses without any kind of green leaves on the rose. I tried calling and talking to someone for the last past three days I got a hold of a manager yesterday she was pretty rude and hang up the phone on me after calling me a liar
Never order from this place! Arrangement i ordered was nothing like the one I received! It looked nothing like the online picture! They sent me an email with thier so called policy and blamed it on the covid pandemic! Wasted 74$ on an arrangement i wouldn't pay 20$ for! Complete disappointment! Customer service sucks balls! The website won't let me upload arrangement but trust me it was so plain! No pride in the flower arrangement!
I would never recommend this florist. I ordered a fall arrangement with a colored vase and what I got wasn't even close. It was supposed to nice and full and bright! When I sent an email with a picture asking them to fix the problem they just told me it was their policy to substitute flowers. I totally understand the arrangement not being exact but the arrangement they delivered on my behalf was so awful!

Very disappointed, person I spoke to convinced me to upgrade my flowers to the "deluxe", and that the bouquet would be full and have more flowers. Disappointed that it did not have any extra flowers and they filled in with extra greenery instead but charged the same price. They say that their "Terms and conditions" states they can substitute, but the person I spoke to did not even mention any substitutes when I spoke directly to her on the phone. I will NEVER use this florist again and I will make sure that all my customers, family and friends know NOT to use them either. Will also report them to the Better Business Bureau so this does not happen to anyone else.
