Anyone who even thinks about using Terrys Florist should turn and run the other way,. Whoever does the arrangements must have been pulled off the street, and had absolutely NO knowledge of flower arranging! The disgusting arrangement that was delivered was not anything close to the one that was ordered, and their poor excuse of "sorry for your inconvenience" and "we are having trouble getting flowers because of Covid". Flower subsitution was not an issue: the mangled, disgusting funeral spray that was delivered was not even anywhere near the arrangement that was discussed and ordered. This is the most unprofessional florist shop I have ever dealt with in my 73 years, 50 of which I have ordered numerous arrangements, including multiple orders every year in Mc Comb alone. The second picture is the arrangement ordered. The first picture is the horrible mess that was delivered!
This company calls a florist to fill your order without verifying what customer ordered, was told flower arrangement and find out its a casket piece. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
My husband ordered flowers for me and they were nothing as pictured on the website and some of the flowers looked dead. He contacted the florist which then told he has to email; After emailing his concerns, he received an email back from Mariell, the owner stating that due to Covid, the supply is limited which is why they have their policy in place to provide equal or higher quality which is an inaccurate statement! These flowers were far from premium and she should be embarrassed to be in business selling these flowers. Make sure to look at their terms and conditions! I dislike when people use the pandemic to cheat customers out of what they are paying for!
Never recieved our delivery! Terrible customer service. They never followed through on researching my order, never called me back with 3 attempts. Do NOT waste your money!
I ordered an arrangement called "Perfectly Purple Bouquet" a nice symmetrical arrangement of purple roses, purple carnations, and another purple flower. They delivered a mixed bouquet in a willy nilly arrangement that I thought was ugly. They refused to send the correct arrangement or any refund. They said their policy on their website said they can substitute flowers. I did NOT order online. I ordered by phone and nothing was said about substituting! I have challenged their charge with my MasterCard. They will have to work to keep their $71.69
Complete scam operation. Ordered flowers for a funeral. Was assured delivery when I placed the order. Then received an Email WHILE THE FUNERAL WAS IN PROGRESS that they could NOT deliver and I would get a refund in 3-5 days.

Order a bouquet for my Mothers birthday and she did not get it. I called first thing this morning and told them I wanted to cancel my order that it was not delivered and the girl told me she would get ahold of the supplier and call me back. I told her that I do not care about the excuse I want to cancel my order. I waited 2 hours and never got a call. I called back and they asked me who I spoke with and I didn't take her name and they started checking on my order also and said that the driver had gotten in an accident (yeah right) after looking at all these reviews I know it is just an excuse. They said that they are on their way with it. I told them that I do not want them to deliver I do not want to pay them for missing my mothers birthday. She said so you want to cancel the order. WHAT?! Yes! Lesson learned order from a local shop directly do not use this business. Such a dissappointment!
I placed 2 orders for flower delivery in the Heber Springs, AR area. Both orders were never delivered that day (12/1/20). I called to request an update and was told they were in transit. I am very disappointed and should had trusted the reviews I had read.
I ordered an arrangement for brother i law. His name was Joe. When we got to the service i walked in and saw the sash was supposed to read My Dear brother instead it read My Dear Brother Jenni. I was uot of my mind. The funeral director helped me and we cut off the name Jenni. Everyone was asking about Jenni. How embarassing!
I called customer service good luck with that. I e-mailed the company and they said to send a picture who the hell takes pictures at a funeral.No one i know of. Just a horrible experiance. Just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE!
Terry's Florist uses a classic method of "Bait & Switch"... as you will see from ALL the unsatisfied customer reviews. Chose an arrangement from their site then deal with a different selection sent. They sent "tired" Roses with black edges, this means old flowers, also wrong vase sent. Instead of tall rectangular modern vase as they show on the site, they sent a short see through cheap glass vase... yes they send what they want for whatever reason... unacceptable! Good luck getting them to acknowledge their mistake. Best advise if you (unfortunately) used their services, call your credit card co. And stop payment/open claim.
Please do not use this company, you're better off calling a local florist yourself. I ordered flowers for my mother's 99th birthday two days ahead and she received them at 8:10pm, and she was already in bed at her facility! When I called wondering where they were, Mike Hanson (supervisor) told me the website says they can be delivered up to 8:00pm. I looked on the website and couldn't find that statement. He couldn't understand my frustration and wasn't willing to budge, and didn't apologize. I just want everyone to know that there are hundreds of florists who value good customer service, repeat customers, good quality, and this company represents none of those traits. NEVER again will I use them. It made the whole experience unsatisfactory. Brent A.
Yah so i saw a lot of bad reviews and then i freaked out and called them and they picked up and said they had the order. Then the next day they delivered them in the afternoon and my girlfriend was very happy with them. I think if u order last minute they may have trouble getting it there that day based on the other reviews i saw. Also some people may be more picky about the flowers than we are and i think thats where the bad reviews come from. They definitely arent scammers, so if u need to send flowers and your not super picky i think they are fine.
Sent me the completely wrong flowers i was so disappointed pais over 60$ for crap very disappointed no one should use them and they give me the run around when I call put them out of business.
I ordered from them based on a Google search which indicated that they were local. They aren't and their ad does not show their address. They apparently pay a fee to a top Google listing. This is a fraud. Had I known that they were not located in this area (North Carolina) I would not have placed to order with them. The bottom line was when they added a "processing fee" of about $15. They did nothing but transfer the order to a local florist and scam me out of that fee. When I got my credit card bill I found out that they are located in New Jersey. Avoid them at all costs unless you like being overcharged.
I've never had such an experience like this before and I hope to tell any future customers of Terry's the truth. This is a total rip-off company. I just got billed over $84 for a bouquet of 6 flowers. Their explanation... there is a shortage of flowers because of Covid. Please use anyone else but this horrible excuse for a flower delivery company.
I tried to find a local florist to send an arrangement to grieving aunt and uncle, didn't realize this was a 3rd party sales... immediately canceled as they failed to communicate they could not get my arrangement to the funeral in 3 days time, they never refund my $75.72. I called them several time and was assured they were taking care of it. Never did! Watch out for 3rd party florists. Not the same as local businesses that make sure you happy.

What I ordered and what I recived... pictures don't lie! I paid over $70 for 1 wilted sunflower. I was also charged a 14.99 "service fee" not to be confused with a delivery fee however it's the same thing! The flowers were not delivered until after 7pm and it was for my mother's 70th birthday. Please DO NOT suppost this business!
I selected a lovely fall centerpiece arrangement from THEIR to be sent for bday/Thanksgiving to our son. They sent a vase with colorful flowers. Not even close to what I wanted. Didn't call to see what I wanted to substitute. When I emailed customer service their response was that their policy allows them to substitute. What's the point of ordering an arrangement from their website?. They send what ever they feel like. Rude. Non apologetic. Could care less that you are not happy. DO NiT USE.
This place is a true joke! I ordered these flowers and they gave me the "read the fine print" bull$#*! and COVID excuse for the flowers they actually delivered!
