Horrendous Florist

Is there a way to give negative stars. If so this company deserves 5 Under no circumstances do business with Terrys Florist in New Orleans, LA. The arrangement they delivered was a cheap assortment of flowers that in no way looked like the picture on their website. To add insult to injury, I even upgraded the order. When I sent a picture and complained i was totally blown off. I have rarely dealt with a business this bad! Please tell your friends and relatives to avoid using them.

Not even 1/2 star!

Stay far far away from this business. They charged my mother$100 for a birthday bouquet that was delivered 3 days late AFTER she told them to cancel it! It was not what she requested and the note sounded like a funeral condolence. When we asked for a refund they told us they would refund an insulting $10.

Wrong arrangement!

I ordered the Crimson Christmas bouquet w/lots of roses $ big pine cones in a box type vase and got some awful looking 4 roses & a few pine cones & a little greenery $79.00
For some terrible flowers. Top picture is what they show, bottom is what I got.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

I called and spoke with a lady as I was reviewing the website as I was ordering flowers for a relative and I went with her recommendation & I ordered a Christmas bouquet but yet when it was received it did NOT look anything like what I ordered. They also say they offer free delivery within 25 miles but then they tack a $15 maintenance fee on as well. I will never do business with this awful company again. WORST FLORIST EVER

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Terry's. I wanted specific flowers for a specific reason and confirmed during the order these were available and could be sent. Something very different was sent without even letting me know after I was very specific about what was needed. I received the "terms and conditions, blah, blah..." as well. The worst part was the blaming the problem on the pandemic. The pandemic does not keep people from picking up the phone and being honest. Find a better florist!

The website shows a woman arranging flowers. She certainly looks like a local lady. The truth is that there is no florist. The scam company apparently attempts to re-order your arrangement through florists that are possibly in the area. My order was never delivered. Calls to the number provided left me on hold for a full 45 minutes. When I finally spoke to the (Indian accent) woman it then became apparent that this company is a total scam. I will obtain a refund because AMEX protects me from these heartless in-humane thieves.

They appear local but they are actually located across the country. Maybe like a franchise. They sell one item one their website and swap for what they feel is an appropriately-valued substitution. They point to their disclaimer documents that they can swap whataver they feel they need to and are currently using covid as an excuse to do so. For me, the flower arrangement they sent was nothing like what was ordered and the vase was also not what was as on their site. They did not charge for delivery but changed $15 as a service fee. Service? That would be contacting me about the need to swap for a completely different item. There was no service. Next time I will use FTD or 1-800-FLOWERS where I feel I have recourse if things are so poorly handled as with Terry's.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! I'm not pleased and I will never use Terry's Florist again. Nothing of what I ordered was delivered!

I specifically asked for PURPLE BOUQUET (flowers are pink) and in WHITE PITCHER vase (see specific instructions on my order)

Here is what was delivered to my sister a half hour ago. Pink bouquet with clear glass vase.

So much for my business! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST! Customer Service was even WORSE!

Worst Service Imaginable!

They took my money then called an hour later and said that they were out of flowers! They laughed at me when I tried to place my order... this arrangement was for an infant's funeral. I am devastated. Don't give them your money! Just hateful :(

Please do not use Terry's Florist. I ordered a bouquet for a friends birthday, and it was never delivered at all. When i called the company to tell them it was never delivered, the insisted it was, even though my recipient never received them. I confirmed all the details I had given them were correct. There is no accountability here and no commitment to customer service whatsoever.

I order a Christmas arrangement but what arrived wasn't remotely close to what the photo on their website looked like. It wasn't in a holiday container just a plain glass vase. Arrangement didn't even look festive. I ordered the deluxe arrangement so paid more for it. Customer service only refunded 14.99 after charging a service fee of $17.99 so basically I was really overcharged for an arrangement. Had I known what It was going to look like I would have never even ordered it. I sent them pictures of what was suppose to be sent and what was sent but didn't do any good. They said no refund over $14.99 and then quit responding to my emails. I called twice after that and they hung up on mean both times.

They sneak in a $15 "service fee" just before you you hit PAY.
Ridiculous! It says it NO WHERE when you are ordering.
Service for WHAT - flowers? Another way of ripping people off!

Wrong Bouquet

I ordered a lovely bouquet + a teddy bear for my niece who is having severe medical problems. The flowers did arrive promptly, but were not what I ordered. If they have photos on their site, the delivered product should be as close as possible. Was no where near this photo. They also substituted some piece of junk in place of the teddy bear. Two weeks later i sent them an email, not scathing, but asked for a call. No call or response to emails. Poor Products + Poor communications = failing service.

I purchase their best arrangement for a total of 200 dollars with delivery. I got a 20 flower arrangement - junk. This was for a funeral. These are the worst people. Do not do business with them.
They have no address only online www.terrysflorist.com

The worst company ever

I ordered flowers@ 11:30am to be delivered the same day and promised they would be delivered. 1:55pm I received a call they will not be delivered till the next day. So much for the moment. I was also told they are a local family owned business. NOT AT ALL a family owned business. This company runs a boiler room phone center with no management and is a SCAM. After eight phone calls I was told the florist that was delivering the flowers the next day. I was told they received the order for the flowers@2:30pm.

Never Again

We ordered an arrangement for $125 with a specific flower. I was told three times they were available. The flowers we ordered were not what was delivered and the substitute bouquet left us embarrassed. They used the COVID excuse and substitute policy as an excuse after acknowledging they had them. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest available.

DON"T BELIEVE THE 5 STARS ON THEIR website! THEY DON"T DESERVE 1 STAR! I ordered a New Baby Bouquet for my First Granddaughter and her Parents on Dec. 2,2020. It arrived yesterday and they sent me a picture and it looks nothing like the Bouquet I ordered! I called them today and they got back with me this evening! They said due to COVID they could change it as they wanted! She sent me copy of the terms & conditions! I ordered the DELUXE and it was a shoddy, messy, and subpar work on this arrangment!
