Delivered the wrong funeral spray, which was a cheaper price than the one I ordered. Two hours before the wake I was on the phone non stop, no one knew anything about my order. After my husbands burial sent pictures of what they sent any what I got, the response I got wast they filled my order to the best of their ability, that was their policy I should have read their agreement. The PROBLEM IS NO AGREEMENT, ORDERED DIRECTLY WITH ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I paid $100 for a wicker basket bouquet of flowers for my mom's 70th birthday. I paid for what was pictured and what I received was not even close to what I paid for not even half the size that I paid for! Scam scam scam! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They should be ashamed of themselves and should not be in business. If I would have seen the reviews I would have never spent a penny with these people!
They sent the wrong order - red carnations instead of sunflowers and roses - and refused to send the correct order after I had to show them pictures proving they were wrong. Their remedy, refund me $29 on a $79 order. Worse yet, I thought I was buying from a local florist. They confirmed they were, located in Mill Valley, CA. They lied. They are part of a conglomerate. As one reviewer said, too bad you don't have an option of zero stars. Every time I called and email asking to speak with a manager, they said they were too busy. Then I got an email saying their decision to only refund me $29 was final. I offered to return their refund for the correct order, but they refused. These guys should be driven out of business. Why don't they have a Yelp rating? I can't find them on Yelp.
My sister-in-law arranged to have flowers sent to me on my 75th birthday. The flowers never came. When my SIL asked if I got anything special on my day. I replied no. She called and found out that the florist's
flower order didn't arrive which I know can happen. The problem is the florist didn't tell me or my SIL about it. She had to call them.

This company promises same day delivery if you complete your order before 2pm. Total lie. I did receive a call telling me my delivery could not be made because they had no flowers.? Wait what? Then I was promised an early delivery the next day. Nope. $150 arrangement never showed. 35 min on the phone finally talked to someone who spoke english. Have been promised a refund but havnt seen it yet. Not holding my breath. I would NOT recommend this company. They are a complete scam!
This flower company is a scam and they are $#*! holes! Don't ever order from them. I ordered my mom flowers for her birthday and she didn't even get flowers delivered. What she got was a plant that looked nothing like the picture!
These are the worst business people ever if we were not in such a hurry we would've realized and read the reviews please do not use these people they're nothing but rip off we had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to honor somebody there at a funeral and they disrespected it made it all bad,, very bad experience everybody is upset now do not use these people no matter what you're better off to do without and go pick real flowers yourself. I placed an order online for flowers to be delivered today, order placed before 8am. Didn't hear from the florist until after 1pm to tell me that they don't have any flowers and won't be able to complete my order plus the won't be able to return my money for 5 business days!

They advertise that they are local to The Villages in FL. I found out later that they are in NJ. I paid $79 for a Peace Lilly and my relative received a poinsettia that I could have bought at the grocery store for $5.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Had a long conversation about what flowers I wanted ordered and delivered. Completely wrong bouquet delivered and quite frankly it looked as if a child put it together. $70 worth of flowers were 6 spider mums, 3 stems of alstromeria and yellow weeds, and none of those flowers even "worked" together. I specifically ordered a $69.99 size of Gerbera Daisy's... After several days of getting no where I received an email that they would refund 50% of my charge. Since I didn't receive even 1% of the flowers that I ordered, I asked for a full refund. The owner of the company flatly refused. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Sent two orders. One delivered to wrong address. Left outside in the snow. Called 800 number, told to send pics of the issues. Did so, they offered me a $14.99 refund on a $165 dollar order. Filing complaint with Better Business Bureau and will tell everyone I know not to order! Beware! See pics... what was ordered versus what was received.
This florist claims no delivery fee, and although the flowers were a little more expensive than other florists, it would be worth while if there was in fact no delivery fee. They don't charge a delivery fee HOWEVER they do charge a $15 service fee. When I asked the person I was ordering from about this, he said it was to ensure the flowers were delivered fresh. Sounds like a delivery fee to me! I cancelled my order because of their misleading advertisement.

Flowers were not delivered. I called on next day asking about the case and attendant asked 3 times for order number while I waited a long time. After she found the order she said that the delivery would be done at any moment after my call; I replied that I was very specific on delivery on same day and they never did, so I asked for cancellation and money back.
I don't recommend any service that is not delivered as promissed no matter if it is very good or competitive price; it is a matter of "timely delivery"

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
