I ordered flowers and when they arrived they did not match the picture provided online. I contacted Terrys florist and was told the following: we reviewed your pictures provided and per out policy this order is correct. Their policy says they can provide any substitutions they wish. Do not use this online flower service. See the images and you decide if this was complete.
We ordered an arrangement via this company, only to have something delivered that was not what I ordered, and no where even remotely comparable to what I was supposed to receive. When contacted, they put up a stone wall. I could've gotten what they sent at Publix or Kroger's for 14.99... yet we paid $80.00. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor will they ever receive my business again. They ruined a very special occasion
I am very unhappy with the arrangement delivered. I ordered a Lavender and white arrangement and got one with pinks. I got flowers that were not in the photo and it was very sloppy in the arrangement of the flowers. When I called I was told managers do not take calls and only answer emails and to make sure to send pictures, I did (already knowing the response I would get) and of course I got no apology for being unhappy but was also told the arrangement was what I paid for. The arrangement received was not worth $80 (I could have gone to the grocery store and got the same flower arrangement for $20) Just sad that you can't use a local company I would have been better off using a national flower company; but being from another state I tried to stay local. NEVER AGAIN - Do not use them pictures below show what I received (left) what was ordered (right)
Ordered an arrangement off the site and ordered the deluxe option as pictured and what was delivered looked like a cheap supermarket arrangement. I complained but they said it was the same value - so flowers are bad and so is the customer service. Go elsewhere. Not worth your time or money.
What a lousy rotten place. Still waiting for morning deliver of sisters birthday flowers. Even noontime would have been ok although I had specified the morning. It's now 430pm
And no flowers plus $80 hard earned money. Never call This place do yourself a favor.
Order promised never delivered after 3 days of promised date. Called Terry's 5x, spoke to 3 different people, only to be lied to and put on hold for over 5 minutes with each call. No explanation to why delivery not made. No sincere apology.

Horrible experience! Please, avoid this place! Everything is cheap quality and they overprice. I ordered a gift for my nephew, that they delivered to the wrong address and that person found the way to deliver it to my nephew. My mom pay $117.68 dollars for something that was bought in Dollar Tree or Walgreens.
This place is awful. Paid almost $80. Got something completely different than I ordered. They basically refunded me the handling charge. The flowers they delivered were half the size of what I paid for and were already turning brown. They told me they substitute when not available. Lmao they substitute dead random flowers. Below is expectation vs reality.
I ordered a dozen roses for same day delivery as a birthday gift. I received an email stating my order was received. I did not get any other communication from this florist until I contacted them that evening about my order not being delivered. I received an email the next day saying that due to unavailability from the vendor, my order was not fulfilled. I would have thought that if you could not fulfill a same day BIRTHDAY delivery that the florist could have at least called so I could order from a different florist. This was an $90 order! Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Company misrepresents self as local small business, it is not a shop, it is not local, they do not honor the selected arrangement. I ordered on the phone and asked for a custom arrangement. A generic grocery store bouquet was delivered. I complained and was told they had an on line policy of no guarantee. Since I ordered by phone I was never told of such a policy. I went on line to find the store address and local number to complain to the local Chamber and the store does not and never existed. Their website says they are local, actually they fill in almost any town you google search, they say they have a 20 year presence, do custom arrangements. "Thank-you for supporting small business". All lies with intention to mislead. Worse and worrisome is that they have hidden costs and also hidden non guarantee policy that allows them to fill the order however they want. They will sell your information. Something a local shop will never do. This site should be shut down.

I paid $100.00 for deluxe roses, and it did not come in a pitcher and there were sparse roses and greenery provided. I wasn't provided the deluxe version for $10 more. I paid $100 in total cost where the product did not even include a full pitcher of roses. I requested a refund or replacement, and they cited a policy that if they don't have the flowers, they'd "substitute" it - though what was substituted for the roses? Greenery?
A paid $100 for a "rose bouquet in a pitcher". It was displayed as having a nice large white pitcher. It came in a cheap tin watering can with fewer roses as well.
When I complained they said they can substitute whatever they want but that they would give me $10 as a refund. What a joke! Their "handling" fee was $15.
How do you sell somebody a product called "rose bouquet in a pitcher" and substitute the pitcher. As Far as I'm concerned that's now a completely different product. I could have gone and bought a rose bouquet from the grocery store, a pitcher, and thrown it together. It would have looked nicer damned me $50.
When I sent them a picture of what was received it took all of 5 second for them to determine that according to their substitution policy the flowers were replaced to "value", a handful of mums and babies breath, not to mention poorly put together. A shameful scam of a company.
I pick same day shipping and order it earlier in the morning and was told it would be there by 7pm then called back for a update and was told it wouldn't be delivered today.
I made a 100 dollar purchase and was going to have the boquet delivered to my wife at her work. I ordered them at 12 and asked that they were to be ther by 4:30. I emailed them at 3:20 because she had still not received them, and they told me that they could not be delivered. I am highly disappointed that they did this because i emailed them and they weren't even going to tell me until i said something about it. Will never order from this place ever again! Disgusted.
I ordered flowers for my daughter to celebrate a new job. I was told that they would vbe delivered tomorrow, the money was taken from my account (immediately), and I awaited the call from my daughter. The next day, at almost the end of business, I got an email claiming that 'the truck didn't come in'. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, just that my account would be credited in 3 business days. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH TERRY'S AGAIN!

I ordered flowers last Wednesday morning to be delivered Wed pm or Thursday at the latest. I was told I made the cutoff being noon for my important delivery. Here it is Tuesday of the following week my very important client did not get flowers for her birthday. NEVER EVER use this company. I have been on hold now about 20 minutes while they try to figure out where they went wrong. Total Disaster! Now they hung up on me... NEVER EVER again.
Ordered a $100 Holiday Arrangement and my recipient received $15 worth of horribly arranged flowers. When we attempted to correct the situation, it took 3 days and 5 emails to get a "manager" to call back, which was still not helpful in any way!

Ordered flowers for a sick friend got a phone message that said because of an inventory problem they could not fill my order and would issue a refund that would take 3 to 5 business days to credit back to my account. They never did and told me to contact my bank.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
