The property, Food and bar set up stations held the arranged roses throughout. I would not recommend ordering from here. I ordered 200 roses and only received 100. When I reached out to customer service, I was told 200 roses were sent in 1 box which was not true. I explained that I only received 100 roses. I waited an extra few days because I know Valentine's day is really busy and I thought the shipment would arrive late. I never received the rest of my order and all I was offered was a coupon code for 15% off and an email that said I should've reached out sooner. My shipment date was 2/12 I received 100 roses on 2/12.2/14 I reached out that I never got the rest of the roses. Then 2/16 I reached out again that I still haven't gotten roses. It's 2/22 and I still don't have my missing roses but at least I have a lousy coupon code!

Your order of 200 roses was shipped in one master box containing 8 bunches of 25 stems each. On February 14, we provided detailed unpacking instructions explaining that the roses are secured beneath protective corrugated sleeves and must be fully unwrapped and separated before counting.
Two days after delivery, we received a photo of the exterior of the box only. We did not receive any photos of the actual roses, the bunches, or the stems after being fully unpacked.
As stated in our claims policy, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the product received so we can properly investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement.
Because we did not receive photos of the actual roses upon delivery or documentation showing missing stems, we were unable to validate the claim due to lack of evidence.
We always encourage customers to fully unpack and document their flowers immediately upon arrival so we can assist promptly if there is ever an issue.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we remain available to help when proper documentation is provided.

I ordered 50 roses with fillers for valentines day. Got the box didnt open the box till valentines day. Even read somewhere that said dont worry about not seeing the fillers in there because the way they pack it. Opened the box up, and there was no fillers and baby's breathes. Just roses. Didn't check the box and put it in fridge because I didnt want to ruin the way it was packed till needed.
Package was a day late. Event happened after got settled remembered to reach out about a refund. Got denied even a partial refund because apparently its my fault that they gave me the wrong roses now.
So basically they are over charging/ keeping my money for a product that I paid more for and received less from them. Rip offs.

When your order is incorrect or the flowers are not the quality they should be, you are issued a credit for the exact flowers you need replaced. Which wouldn't be a problem, except, I had ordered like 16 dozen, used my accumulated points for a discount. They took the today after my discount and divided it by the amount of roses needing replaced, and gave me that amount. Which after my discount, (that i earned from.making prior.purchases)wasn't even enough to purchase a dozen roses, when the original order had 4 dozen that were not even salvagable.

I've ordered the valentine mix several times and they are always great. I did miss the bicolor ones this year that are usually in the mix. A few of the flowers never opened fully - maybe they needed to be trimmed more.
