We ordered flowers for a sons wedding. I have worked in floral and knew how to arrange flowers so we decided we would do the flowers for the wedding - We ordered and were able to arrange the centerpieces and the flowers for the ceremony and the reception. We literally saved a couple thousand dollars and could NOT be HAPPIER. Great product, I did have one box of filler that did make it through customs, but we were prepared for more than that. The credit was issued quickly and without my input.
I will be doing this again in the future and Global has become my go-to for flowers for all occasions...

I ordered 100 red roses in 2020 and the lifespan was amazing. I ordered 100 assorted roses in 2021 and was not very impressed with their longevity... I decided to order 50 red roses this year for Valentine's Day so I hope they last for a couple weeks.

First time ordering roses through a online store to be delivered to our business was in 2025. Outstanding. Just placed another order on Feb 9,2026 for overnight delivery, hope to see them Feb 11 cause I don't know how they could possibly get here in 24 hours. Thanks Global Rose

I ordered sunflowers for my wedding and 70% of the sunflowers were unusable. We ordered the regular sized and petite, and the regular were the same size as the petite. When I received the flowers, they were browned but I was hopeful with some water, they'd come back. However, they did not, and we were unable to use most of the sunflowers. Claims department has a disclaimer that they must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Global Rose left us in a complete scramble and wasted $200.

For clarity, your order was delivered on February 3. We were first contacted through our live chat on February 6, at which time you informed our agent: "Apparently the dead flowers were picked up today in the green bin. Is there anything that can be done?"
Unfortunately, because the flowers had already been discarded, we were unable to review photos or documentation of their condition. This is why the claim could not be processed — not due to our 24-hour policy, but because there was no product available to evaluate.
Our claims process is in place so we can fairly assess issues and offer appropriate solutions when something goes wrong. We always encourage customers to contact us immediately and provide photos so we have the opportunity to assist.
