I've never had an issue with global rose or any of the products... have only had an issue with shipping when ups does not pay attention to labels and messes up your stellar service. Been using you for over 8 years now. Your flour is always when properly conditioned. Are the freshest and last the longest.

Did not know the order would require a signature, so no one was home when they arrived. They were not delivered the next day because of inclement weather. Fortunately (or unfortunately) the event that they were for was rescheduled for two weeks later, but had to figure out what to do with nearly $400 worth of roses that were already four days old when finally received but couldn't be used for the event planned. So now spending another $300 for a reorder and scheduled to be delivered a day earlier this time. Hopefully the weather will hold up.

At the time of purchase, our shipping policies were provided in the order confirmation email, where we clearly state that all packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure the freshness and security of our flowers. Unfortunately, if no one is available to sign, FedEx is unable to release the shipment.
